Watching somebody not tilt isn't a way to learn not to tilt.
Tilting problems stem from personal character flaws, that mostly need to be doctored away from the poker tables. It can take over a year to be a genuine mentally healthy person, because no one can really tell you how to be that way as everyone has a different outlook.
