twitch is a website where gamers can broadcast themselves live to an audience. it took off recently in popularity and was bought by amazon for 1 billion dollars. there are many young teenagers, young adults and adults who play games there. There have been some lesser poker players who streamed before but nothing this popular yet. hes over 10k viewers!

I've watched his stream with Antonio before and he is great for newbies entering poker.
Not fan of the obvious bots for views but whatever.

Lol at some of the comments, one guy asked "Is this real money?" another one goes "WTF the bank takes $3 per hand?"

Somerville confirmed good for poker, someone sign him soon.

He's def. hard working and original at building his brand and seems like a nice guy. I'm sort of surprised that UP didn't pay a little more for his service. Don't know what he wanted but I think his value to a site will go up over time.

He's been doing cool vids for...I wanna say at least a year now? His consistent content is a good example of "building a brand" (were one to phrase it thusly). Hard work & talent are a good combo y'all. (Winning personality helps too, though I guess that's part of the talent!)

And yes, really good for poker.

I've never watched twitch before and only caught the end of this one, but it seemed pretty entertaining and like it was drawing tons of new people to poker (based on the chat).

Or more accurately, dozens of guys asked, "Is this real money?"

One of my favorite comments (and I paraphrase 'cause I can't remember the exact words): "It has to be play money. They don't put real money amounts on the table."

The last time I tuned in to his stream he was featured on the home page of Twitch.tv, which is huge. Perhaps he's retained a chunk of those casual viewers.

Stars should be signing him and making him one of the most important members of the team. Plays online and live and would prob relocate.

I mean they still have Rousso and Greenstein as Team Pros, god knows why.

This should answer your question. He's been around for a while, at least relative to the online scene.
