Blah, blah blah....

Couldn't be further from the truth. Your hero's Chicagojoey and Doug Polk didn't think it was "GTO" to stream on twitch back when Jaime and others started. The times have changed....

There's been plenty of top online players who tried but we're never able to build an audience.

+1

And lol to the people saying he has only a few leftover viewers. His numbers were already pretty good last week when tonkaaa still streamed and will be even better for December when he manages more deep runs.

He has almost 4 k viewers right now, without any deep run at the moment.

just admit you dont want a highlight reel of your tough spots when you cant beat the game anyway, nor do you want the extra scrutiny that comes with being a losing player. that is way more believable than the foolishness you posted.
13 posts and 12 of them in this thread. Could you be any more transparent?

So which is your current theory? Either I am self aware and embarrassed or arrogant and confident in my decisions. I need you to pick a theory so I can point my tinfoil in the right direction. [/QUOTE

My theory is, you dont give a damn about the cards. You make ridiculous and stupid decisions that even a semi autistic child would question. Since you are sponsored you never actually put a complete thought process in motion. I think you are more interested in building a brand and being Casey Neistat than a poker player. Remember what got you to the game in the first place. Stop the boo hooing and political correctness. People dislike you because they give an honest opinion and you retort with some conjecture that is totally fake. Be honest on your videos, tell people they are idiots and a POS. You may find that you earn a tab bit of respect from it. Even if they dont agree with you or even hate you. They will at least respect the decision.
And for christs sakes, shoving all in is not your only option. Stop talking about "profitable" shoves (in case you dont know, its not quite working for you over the past year) Play the cards and the people at the table. You are being taken advantage of on the tables because a lot of people know who you are and see the insane decisions you take. Win something. Play poker, dont pull a Vanessa Selbst and shove a J 5 with air.
If you (and you is the entire mass trying to give "constructive criticism" to Jaime) ever wonder why he never agrees or responds to one's criticsm that goes against him, it's comments like this.

Why would anyone want to engage into a conversation and take your opinions seriously when you start off with a comment as immature as this? I certainly wouldn't.

That's what 95% of these "constructive criticisms" are in this thread. I'm sure this will lead to "having thicker skin", etc. But it's not about that.

That is exactly what its about. He puts himself out there daily and wants interaction. You don't get to pick and choose the fluffy b.s. unicorn compliments. The world isnt all warm and fuzzy. If he sits on a chair daily and whines and complains about his "depression" and his addictions, claiming that he is getting a trainer and trying to stop. The next day he is smoking and eating like crap and talking about being a 'positive' player. It just doesn't work. People can see right through the b.s. he is spewing and how fake his persona is. You can't get mad at people for calling him out.

A perfect example is in his own stream house. He has a huge fight with Kmart, apparently gets fixed. Yet Kevin isnt going with him in the next house. I wonder why? It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out something is going on. People then connect the dots and make their own assumptions.

He doesn't have a problem taking donations from people, or offering pieces of his action (i think people are ******ed for doing that) He wants people to feel bad for him because of the problems that he caused himself. Donate money to his stream so he can continue to shill people. And people like you will continue to do it because you placate and enable him to do it, under the guise that hes "a really great guy" "genuine" "a good poker player" Well in my opinion, he is neither of these things.

Disable the chat on your stream if its that much of an issue, be real, tell people what you really think, ignore it. Do whatever you want. I don't give a damn one way or another, but you cant dismiss someones opinion because you open yourself up to it.

The guy literally said he is spending all this money to build himself a brand on Youtube. He takes queues from Neistat and his vlogs trying to build hundreds of thousands of subscribers with the idea of making a lot of money from it. Which is totally fine, but the guy is not honest with his viewers or himself. The guy isnt willing to correct the problems that he claims to have, so why should everyone shower him with support and kindness if he is unwilling to listen to someones criticism that actually may benefit him.

No matter what he does, people will be either, totally up his ass in whatever he does, or have criticisms thinking he may not be what he is portraying. He could just stop doing it all together and play poker and shut up about it. But we all know he aint going to do that. He has too many people ready to throw dollars at him like a stripper at a club.

It's good to see that Jaimie is able to adapt. His stream is once again enjoyable.

Some of you guys have made your hate for him way to personal .

Congrats on the bink Staples.

Stream is def being more poker focused and less about personal issues which is good.

The 30days stream is going to be hard work but will be worth it for you. The commitment and constant exposure will be good for the stream. Esp since the big dogs are AFK.

The Christmas streams have been a good watch so far.

There's a reason Jaime has accumulated the following that he has; when relaxed and positive he is a great broadcaster.

No coincidence that an end to the introspective whining has seen a small upturn in results - hope it continues.

I think this thread has served its purpose even with the harshness of it at times... In the last several weeks he stopped making his dumb vlogs and is focusing purely on poker and also has been leaving his personal BS out of his streams

He appears to be reaping the benefits of this... Higher viewership, deeper runs and not annoying his intelligent audience with his BS..

Good for you staples and I'm glad this thread was of service to you lol

It's interesting now that Jaime has turned things around, this thread isn't receiving any critical or negative comments.

We were actually trying to help him, yet too many people wrongly labelled it as "jealousy" or "hating" of his "success" (like losing $75k+ at poker, creating whiny youtube videos and falling out with your flatmate is somehow a success?).

If we were actually jealous of his success, we would be complaining now. But we're not. So I agree with you - for now, this thread has served its purpose.

no matter how much he denies it, jaime finaly listened to those of us that are winners in poker and other aspects of life.

Now he's winning, gaining business and offering decent microstakes entertainment.
Hopefully soon he adds back the buyins/winnings for everyday.

The biggest thing that i think the previous two posts overlooked is Not making excuses. One thing i cant stand is people that make excuses for being over weight, or unhappy, or quitting smoking and not doing anything about it.. Sittin around and complaining doesn't accomplish anything. I may have been harsh, but sincerely giving my opinion to have success.

There is too much in this world today of being afraid to hurt someones feelings, and giving everyone a participation trophy. It makes me sick... Be honest, shoot straight and tell it like it is. Always having to sugar coat things and be "politically correct" has bred a world filled with pussies and little bitches....

its nice to see the dude all the sudden get a bunch of cashes and some final tables... he pulled the unicorn out of his ass and started to do work.

He also learned that a straight flush beat quads today 😱. I do think the stream has taken a nice positive turn and nice to see the guy make some runs.

By the way, on the higher viewership point - I saw at least a few people mention that he might have viewbots on his stream. Jaime quickly deleted and banned one of the comments, after which he responded 'not cool' in the chat. This leads me to believe he might have something to hide.

His chat was going slower than a few months ago when he had 1k viewers. But mysteriously, he's getting 4k+ viewers now.

I haven't definitively proved it because I don't know how to I'm sure it's possible to prove it, in a similar way to how gripsed was proved to be using viewbots.

If the viewers are genuine humans, then fair play. But it does seem odd that his viewer count has tripled but the chat is going slower than it was before.

Find it hard to believe he would risk his sponsorship over this. I'll give you a more reasonable explanation. No Tonka, no Polk (or at least not as much), same with K Mart. Guy has been streaming every day this month getting some momentum gaining more viewers.

Yes, but why would the chat go faster at 1k viewers than it would at 4k viewers?

When Tonka and Doug have that many viewers, their chat goes quite fast. When Jaime had that many viewers, it was strange how slow chat went.
