As Felt Mountain has already said, raising money for charity was a business decision designed to give their streams more publicity.

If it was only for charity, they would just donate money themselves in private.

The charity stream was great. It brought hype to the streams and cohesiveness to the stream house. I would love to see them continue this vibe. Doing some kind of stream marathon type thing during a COOP series would be fun.

god forbid both parties benefit. he still raised 20k for charity while you sat on your ass making judgements of a person you have never met.

also the way he raised 20k is better than just privately donating 20k because he was able to bring awareness to a very new charity to tens of thousands of his viewers

He doesn't? Even if he did, it would obviously make sense because Jeff plays the highest stakes and kevin plays low-midstakes.

Kevin almost 1700 viewers, Jeff almost 200 right now.
Stream house on their last legs? What does that mean? It's been going great + viewership was at an all time high with their charity stream going 24/7.

Your clueless, blind hate screams immature 15 year old. Do you even play poker?

Not to mention how quick and simple it is to make a montage from a few hours of footage when the editor has timestamps.

This, but don't get quite as relaxed as bigdog did on stream.

It must really suck to make a deep run and be in a position for a big score and then realize you only have 10% of yourself. Why bother?

Well he had donations and subs pouring when he was running deep. And tbh he made like 700$ and that's probably worth binking couple of his regular mtts.

What planet are you from where 4 -5k is worse then welfare. I'm by no means a
A big Kevin Martin supporter but this is a pretty decent income for a 23 year with no real skills in life other then being a poker streamer..

He's from Alberta where I work and the quality jobs there are skilled trades... Electrician, welder, plumber etc those jobs are 125k to 250k a year easily when journeyman.. 90 percent of university grads make in the 40 to 75k a year range for a very long time. So Martin is right on par with them.. so I'd say he's doing modestly well for himself

Because that 10% is higher that what most of his MTTs pays off.
Because it's a freeroll
Because 99% of twitch/2+2/YouTube followers (or trolls) are result oriented, and if for some reason he binked that, most of them would start sucking his balls
