His game is weak and does not take long to see that. His in-game strategy and style is wrong in many spots, and he is not a winning player because of that. Plus he plays outside his comfort zone and takes too many shots he can't always afford.

I think a break from poker and streaming could serve him well. He is not looking good or sounding good in his most recent videos, so how does he expect to play his best under those low spirits ? Plus his viewership is dropping and that puts another weight on his shoulders.

are you his accountant? How do so many people know what he can and cannot afford, and how are people saying it's terrible playing in bigger buyins when he potentially could be losing? Viewers enjoy it more , he obviously has money if he is playing them , it's his choice not yours, you probably spend more time complaining on here about him than actually playing poker yourself.

Jaime said several times on his stream last week that he chose to play the satellites since his current finances did not permit him to buy directly into the wcoop main event or other larger buy-in wcoop events.

He also said that he was choosing to fly coach to twitchcon rather than first class to save some money (previously he flew first class).

One of the strengths of Jaime's streaming is his honesty about things such as this.

Jaime will be bankrupt in less than a year. I have watched all of his videos, and he is not very good. I hope he wins the lottery, because he won't get rich playin' cards or vlogging. He is too lazy and immature. Jamie's Vlogs are crazy boring, plus in the vlog he always talks about how crazy boring he is.

I cannot stand JCarver's voice (not his fault obv), so I rarely watch anymore. Tonka and Polk are fave right now by far, especially with Polk's big win and Tonka's VR. Tonka's voice sometimes is annoying too, but he at least has a lot of personality. Polk is very impressive with his online decision-making. I appreciate the variety of UpSwing and Tonka too. JCarver and Staples personalities are boring, but I wish all the best.

It may only be a small thing but when your room is your place of work, essentially your office and you are broadcasting this to the world; it says a lot about you that you can't even be bothered to spend a minute making your bed before you stream. If I was stars and he was representing my business, things like this would piss me off so much.

The worst part about this thread are the people rooting for Jaime to fail.

regularly watch kmart/staples highlights , and they're both guilty of doing this.

How can they improve if they are trying to hide big hands they lost. Although they usually do show them when they got it in good. A key quality of good poker players is being able to think critically about hands you played . From what I've seen they both lack this ability.


I LOL everytime they say ''we need 40% here when they raise call 89s vs a cold 4b jam for 75% of their stack , they happen to barely have 40% vs AK and act like they made a rly good play. If they took 30 seconds to download equilab and run 89s vs a range of 77+/at+ they have 33-34% and if it's tighter its even worse.

I feel like the fact they moved to montreal rather than prague (which im sure they were talking about months ago) in combination with only being allowed to play on pokerstars is also holding them back .

when you don't implement sites like party/888/winamax/ps.fr into your grind you are kneecapping your potential earnings badly.

At this point, I'm not even sure that Jaime or Kevin want to put in the effort to become winning players. They only care about the streaming side of things. Like Silent-Ghome says, if Jaime can't be bothered to spend a minute making his bed, there is zero chance he will put in the effort to become a winning player.

I wish Jaime (and Kevin also, but mainly Jaime) would come clean to his viewers regarding his results. Post his graph below the stream for everyone to see. Put his monthly and yearly results on his stream again.

twithcon looks like was a major success for Staples, the vlogs are hilarious Jaime orders the steak in a san diego that the restaurant added special to the menu for the Chargers football players lmao and he had to clarify in his latest vlog that he could handle doing the flip for the bill $1k that he lost since everyone in the comments thinks hes broke, next day goes to seafood restaurant with Kevin for lunch date and doesn't order seafood cause his mom doesn't like seafood so he never ate it growing up so he of course got a cheeseburger
