Can't see why stars wont renew it. He is still on the popular side on twitch. And if he can bring players like him to the site thats good for everyone.

In his vlog today after eating a 2500 calories smoked meat sandwich, he decided to switch the ever so mean word "fun player" to "junior" and also the term whale has been switched to "freshman". Reasoning? These people are new to poker and they have not had the same time to gain experience.

I think staples might of had a stroke.. fishes are fishes because they either are dumb or they don't care.. the biggest whales are seen on the table everyday at the same hours.

are people that go into Jaimes stream really that clueless to poker that they can't tell he's not a winning player?? i don't know how much people are investing in him just because he says hes a good player on his stream haha but who knows i guess some people don't know how to google..Jaime is good for a laugh here and there but why do some of you care so much about whether he's a winning or losing poker player..just enjoy the show..you guys have basically chased him off 2 + 2 lol

I don't know, I think it would be much more interesting to watch a whale donk off his money and laugh loudly whenever he sucked out on people. Much more entertaining and might even be good for the games.

Been following Jamie since the beginning and his stream has changed a lot since then. I admired him and he even inspired me to play mtt's. He is a great guy and needs to hardcore focus on what he has before its all gone.

Now days most of my twitch time is spent in polk,carver and tonkaaa's stream and I pretty much lost interest in Jamies stream. I do pop in every once in awhile to talk smack here and there but its hard to stay tuned in when you got someone bazaaaming it up in high rollers and such.

I developed a list of some things I would like to see Jamie do to win me and others back as a consistent viewers

1. Stream consistently for long hours even when feeling "down"
2. Grow some balls and tell the haters to literally F off
3. Stop talking about his weight and actually do something about it or accept it
4. Make this epic stream house he was talking about
5. Work on his poker game and stop torching money
6. Get a faux hawk like polk
7. Smoke a cigarette on stream

Gotta admit tonkas and polks youtube content is really good. All the best parts of their streams and they are both pretty funny guys, play high stakes and crush. Jame cant compete on any of those scores unfortunately and wondering round a city going shopping just isn't interesting enough for a daily vlog which seems like another attempt to monetise.

It isn't meant as a insult 99.99% of peoples lives aren't interesting enough to vlog daily just don't think he is in that 0.001%. Just forget all the getting healthy crap and eat and smoke whatever u want like most of us do. Find it outrageous people are on your back about eating pizza lol.

Yeah i have to agree with this post. Eat what you want and if you want to smoke , just smoke. The whole problem is when your saying you want to diet and get fit etc. Then you are out eating pizzas and nailing huge smoked meat sandwiches sat in you car in an alley. That is when people try to comment to help you. I cant judge anyone , i need to lose weight myself.

Your problem came about when you started playing higher buy in mtts. Those 100-1000 buyins are very tough. You had not progressed your game to where you could compete, you went on a huge downswing and subsequently blocked your shark cope. You should just play 0-55 dollar buyins , work on your game and you will come out ok.

Im just an average regular myself that plays an abi of 20-30, and trying to improve my game. I know im not great , when you filter my shark scope im crushing 0-55 but losing in 55 + those games are reg filled and your roi will be alot worse.

I think people could relate to your journey more when you were sat in your parents basement, working on your game trying to move up the limits. I think the problem came when you got the stars sponsorship. When a regular income comes in, it tends to make people lazy and rest on there laurels.

That is my take on it, at the end of the day do what you want. But just remember those high buyin mtts with your skill set you are lighting money on fire. I don't think the revenue from twitch makes up for it. You could be getting free rolled into them by stars , and be getting 25k a month pay check and just be sat at home laughing at all these haters. who the **** knows.

About stars renewing his sponsorship.. Id say it's a given.. If they stuck with lex and nano after all these years surely they will be keeping staples and martin around... Bothers me as losing players get these benefits but is what it is... Couple jokers on the roster...

This is not a professional standard... You can get the same amount of info from a martin or staples stream as someone with 12 viewers streaming the big 2.20 whose been playing poker for a while

Jaime's got the ability to turn his graph around. I'm not sure if the self-discipline and focus is there right now though, with so much of his attention on 'the stream' and youtube. He'd have to stick to <$55 and actually care, and that seems unlikely to happen. He's still got a following on Twitch though, so there's that.

Frosty has to be the nut-low of Team Online. I'm just waiting for him to pop back up at my 10nl tables to bum hunt us all now that there's a new promo Xflixx isn't much better. Someone really high up at PS must be awfully emotionally attached to these people, to be willing to give them so much more than they seem to be getting back from them, in this day and age.

I'm pretty sure Jaimie reads that thread so I'll leave my opinion too. I've been watching almost from the start and still lurk sometimes, but a lot of things have changed. The stream used to be about fighting through the stakes by upcoming player, it was the dream and pokerstars sponsorship was the cherry on the top - but then things started to get worse. And most of the things are already in this thread. Its very hard to stream when u're losing, and its pretty normal that trollcount will go up... but the way Jaime handles that loses him normal viewers... he should just tell the haters to f off, just ban them the second they write their first comment. Going into submode after few trolls kills the twitch atmosphere, and u got only balllicking chat going on + u cant even type - so its not very enjoyable from my point of view (and probably most of 'normal' viewers who arent either trolls/haters or subs/balllickers.)
Also I dont understands why he didnt stream yesterday nor today, when few days ago he said in his vlog during wcoop that is so hard to get viewers when all big streamers are out there. So wcoop is over, all big streamers took break and ... he just doesnt stream. He would be easily top1 again with like 10x more viewers than 2nd yesterday and today, playing whatever stakes. And he just skip that.
Its hard to compete with tonkaaa, jcarvs or doug when theyre out, but there is still room to grow/stream between them, and it just looks like Jaime is giving up on the dream.

Isn't stapler on his way to the twitchcon? But yeah now if ever would be the time to build the stream. Even kevmart is hitting that 1k viewers atm.

I used to be a fan of Gibbler's stream but not so much anymore although I am still following. The atmosphere is totally different, everyone in chat are super sensitive. The mods are just dropping ban hammers all the time and timing people out. I've been banned a bunch of times, usually I just send a pm to Jaime and he changes it, but if it happens again **** it. Last time i was watching his stream Jaime said, "If you've got a lot of haters, you know you're doing something right." I wrote in chat, "Hitler had a lot of haters too." TIMED OUT for 10mins. Like, **** off, really? There is no way that happens to me on Tonka's stream. In fact I've never been banned, timed out, nothing, on Tonka's stream.

I think Jaime should get rid of a bunch of his mods, lighten up, and just get his heart back into poker.
