Well, it's been pretty quiet here for a while... Possibly because he hasn't been streaming a whole lot recently. I think it's about 2 weeks out til the bet finishes and Jaime is looking amazing. The two guys have done a great job so far. Gotta admire the discipline. Now that they're approaching the finish line I'm only starting to realise how tough this bet is. They have to be one pound apart at the specified time.. Only have one shot to weigh in at that weight.. Seems really difficult to nail that. Hopefully they manage to do it and I really hope Jaime sticks with his new healthy lifestyle. I can only imagine how much better hi life is these days.. GL GL GL!

So concerning Ultimate Sweat 2.0 (Both brothers down to 9.9% body fat or lower), to be honest, I can't believe Matt agreed to this. I get that he wants to support his brother, but as Jaime is starting at 35%, this seems like $25k down the drain.

I can't remember any example of where it has been done. It wouldn't even be good for Jaime as human skin at his age is still very adaptive, but he'll need surgery that wouldn't have been needed if he gave himself more time to achieve his goal. And the result without surgery will look better.

Given his size and weight, loose skin is unavoidable no matter how quickly or slowly he lost the weight...

I think Jaime and Matt are both doing great these days. Both of them have vastly improved their poker games, their mental games, and their streaming games.

This is not me knocking Jaime either as I have none either but before the bet he always had very little willpower when it came to his diet and other stuff like quitting smoking.

Jaime clearly faces some strong addictions, and yet he's able overcome them. I think most intelligent people recognize that as massive self-discipline. On the other hand you seem to think that if he didn't have the addictions that would prove discipline. That's ODD ODD ODD, really really ODD.

I watched Jaime yesterday for the first time in months and thought it was excellent - very entertaining steam, no toxic trolls in the chat, whether that is partly down to good modding who knows but the odd time a less than complimentary comment slipped through Jaime would laugh it up and make fun of himself... that's how it's done. What was it Ricky Gervais said? - "If you can laugh in the face of adversity, you’re bullet-proof." Jaime clearly figured out that the trolls feed off the negative emotion. Well done to him. He seems in a much better place mentally.

Again, this is not knocking Jaime, I have addictions myself that I have failed to deal with but your comment was just nonsense and not true at all. I would consider myself pretty far down on the scale of self discipline but offer me any sort of money incentive and I'm getting that sh*t done.

I think this also is mostly because he has not been streaming consistently so he has much less viewers than he would normally. I think he also last streamed Sunday night so lots of "MTT Pros" were also streaming then such as Lex and Tonka etc. So lots of the trolls go to the bigger channels. I also think Jaime is LEAPS more humble then he use to be, no longer thinking he is the best MTT pro or poker player period, I think he kind of figured out his place in poker and now is making the best of that opportunity.
