Hey all, was hoping to start a mega-thread where people could post guides for what they found from Zephyrs or at a minimum just post what they got from him

P.S. It can only get basic/classic cards

A few quick situations:

#1: 8/10 mana, 1 enemy minion (2/6 w/ taunt), low health, low deck, few cards in hand:

#2: 0/10 mana, 2 enemy minions (5/7 w/ taunt, 1/4 shieldlady), 18 health, 16 cards in deck, 4 cards in hand

#3: Played on curve gives brightwing/2 other {3}s

What i know so far:
-It curves unless you're at 0 mana.
-Will look for win condition
-Can target big taunts with The Black Knight
-Will always (?) give lethal if available

Going to make a list and try to keep it updated on targeting Zephyrs drops -

THE LIST of observed Zephyrs pulls:
8 mana: Twisting Nether, Ancient of War, Cabal shadow priest
7 mana: Flamestrike
5 mana: MCT if 4 minions, holy nova, Brawl (maybe only brawl if no deathrattle?)
2 mana: 3 drops

Will hate card on: Taunts (Black Knight), Murlocs (Hungry Crab), Jaraxxus (Sac Pact)

got shadowflame vs. a full murloc board at 5 mana for the full clear

played zephyrs turn 7 & 0 mana w/ 2 1/1s out for him - gorehowl, baron geddon, tirion

played it again on turn 7 with no minions out this time - Gorehowl/Tirion/that belongs in a museum against his weapon

Just got a mountain giant on turn 6 with 9 cards in hand and empty board for a free mountain giant

7 mana, played it on a board where he had 2 3 health minions - gave me multi-shot

if you play a bunch of cards you get Edwin

Big Game Hunter against a sea giant

Zephrys for Flamestrike is the best win condition of the card honestly

yah it's really strong when you need it

Windfury with a big minion out looking for lethal

I've stolen Mosh-Ogg the 2/14 twice with Cabal from Z lol

Played Zephrys vs a shaman on turn 3 with a 2/3 taunted up sludge slurper, gave me hungry crab. Also played him a bunch late game and seemed to always get Tirion in the offering.

No regrets crafting him golden, awesome card.

His play rate win % is going to be extremely high when the data rolls in I’m sure

Turn 10, up against some sort of control quest shaman that I've beat down to 10 health.

Topdecked our saviour, discounted to 1 from Lunas. Still had the coin for some reason. Zephyrs, coin, pyroblast, game.

Granted I was probably going to win anyway, but such a hammer of a play made possible only by the great one.

my puzzle box cast hex which drew Big Z for 0 and my opponent was also at 10 next turn.. lol

woww it even considers coin for pyroblast? insane, hmm

warlock curves out evil recruiter against my sunfury on the board
Turn 4:, trade sunfury into 3/3, ping. Zephyrs knowing it's giving me sac pact and sac pact the 5/5 demon

This card is legit GOAT all of the concerns about it were unfounded.

If you're past turn 8 it almost always offers you Tirion. If you're behind on board it will give you Brawl+ Twisting +

It almost always gives you lethal if you're missing by a few and often surprise lethals opponent can't plan for like Savage Roar or Bloodlust. I haven't seen a Leeroy Jenkins because I guess other things like Fireball for direct reach will be more efficient?

In Quest Rogue Zephyr helps you complete the quest (it's surprisingly easy even in singleton). It's like a guaranteed Tirion if you need it and you can't complain about that. I'm running Shadowstep and Youthful Brewmaster because getting 2x Zephyrs is bananas.

Bloodlust maybe strongest use

My opponent got the battlecry destroy a secret 5 mana card against my hunter I legit lold

One annoying thing is he hasn’t been offering me poly when a priest has a big minion. It offers death and like MD but I want to poly it to corrupt their res pool.

yah not sure ive ever seen polymorph out of it
