Rules as i understand them from this thread:

-3 different classes, must get a win with each, no bans
-no GvG/naxx cards when building the deck. Drawing them from inspire is fine (ethereal conjurer drawing flamecannon is fine)

Sounds right to me, would add that you have to announce your 3 classes prior to match start
