Since it's going to happen to somebody--what's the penalty for accidentally including gvg or naxx cards?
Is a match loss too much? Or maybe a game loss and we let the player replace their rotated cards with angry chickens? Actually letting someone fix their deck might result in tech cards being added.
I threw some decks together last night, and later realized piloted sky golem did not belong, so it's pretty easy to mess up (at least until blizz adds a better filter for this purpose).

It will be an auto loss. The rules are very straightforward and easy.

What if a discovery card is played and only GVG and or Naxx cards are given as options? Like I drop curator, and I can choose between shredder, deathlord or feugen, I auto lose? Or are we expected to simply not play discover cards to avoid the possibility of this happening?

I think that's fine. Your shredder will say "created by museum curator" underneath when you play it so your opponent will know it wasn't in your 30.
Will blizz include wild cards when playing standard from mechanics such as discover? Has that been answered yet?

This is fine obviously. Best example is - you play a mounted raptor. (allowed) It drops an undertaker. Nothing you can do.
You just can't actively play a card outside of standard, that is all. Need 11 more!
If we play discover cards are we allowed to choose non standard cards if a mix of standard and non standard cards are offered? So if a curator gave a shredder, a dark cultist and an anubisath sentinel, we're not forced to take the sentinel.
