Someone in the Reddit thread commented that the art doesn't look consistent with other HS art. Would tend to agree I think

i think giant lavaworm isnt an actual NPC in wow I think most other cards all have the same names as in game (or at least a name of another NPC that looks similar

)

New female Paladin skin, not purchasable but unlocked via playing WoW or something along those lines. Guess they figure (correctly) there are a lot of Hearthstone players who have never played WoW and are trying to get some new blood into that game.

The 1/1's she summons are a different skin too

That was just a troll, although I wouldn't be surprised and it would almost make sense, the alternate hero skins up to this point have always done the hero powers slightly differently.

What was the troll? The new female pally hero or the Giant Lava Worm? Lady Liadrin has a good shot at being the alternate pally skin but the Lava Worm doesn't fit into the OG lore at all.

The lava worm was apparently fake. The female paladin skin for playing WoW is real. Her summon ability was a joke.

Wonder how often you'll be able to cast that turn 4 as a 4/10. Thus far we've got a 2-drop that gives C'thun +2/+2 and a 3-drop that gives it +1/+1.

the card is pretty revealing also that basically every class will get a cthun centric card now.

and im guessing the other old gods dont have minions to buff them, while cthun is like THE ONE

I think they only said C'thun would have cards like that. The other Old Gods will have powerful effects but C'thun is unique in having a subset of cards that interact with him.
