It seems like all the old gods will be cards that you have to build your whole deck around. So like Reno Jackson-type cards in that respect. I wonder what the other 3 old gods could be.

Mage one seems good to me assuming you can cast for 0. That's Antonidas and fireball t7 every time.

That card wrecks Freeze mage pretty good. I dunno, it's hard to say how often a Paladin will be able to say, take turn 7 off to get a big heal without knowing how often they'll have the board by then and how boardcentric the aggressive decks are. It'd be nice to be able to cheaply manipulate your health around Grom and Force Roar range. Being able to tempo heal your own minions is pretty relevant and would make for fun decision making if the card is good enough to play.

At 5 mana it's 2 extra healing instead of a 3/3 body vs healbot. At 8 mana it's 8 extra healing over 3 cards for lay of hands

probably isn't good enough bc i dont see any specific synergy with it tbh

btw: a friend mentioned the malygos potential with the 0 mana card. seems like that card scales well with spell damage

Healbot's body is super relevant against face decks. It trades in to pretty much everything and can get two for ones and helps you race. I think you pretty much always play Healbot over Forbidden Healing if you can unless you're worried about exactly Freeze Mage.

Not sure what the others would do though.

Warlock one might summon imps for every 1 mana?

Rogue will probably be a weapon or weapon buff or something.

The 0 mana healing is absolutely a card I see getting 1xed into a lot of pally decks.

Healing for possible 20 is no joke. And you can play it any turn to fill mana if your in a tight match vs face.

Freeze mage is doomed anyway with secret eater. hunter flare has ****ed me so many times (on my tempo mage) i can't even imagine every class being able to kill secrets. ice block/barrier is basically part of your win condition with that deck half the time

in fairness if decks are playing kezan, freeze winrate gets totally tanked

I am eagerly awaiting to see how ****ty the 0 mana rogue spell is going to be. This spell type has the possibility to benefit rogue a great deal, more so than other classes. But blizz is never gonna let rogue have nice things.

Either that or it's gonna be like inspire and rogue is the only class that doesn't get one.

Speaking of which, brode said that no new inspire minions in this xpac. Probably for the best.

Brainstorming (These might range from suck to OP):

Spend all your mana. Draw 1 card for every 2 mana spent.

Spend all your mana. Give a minion +1 +1 for each mana spent.

Spend all your mana. Give all your minions +1 health for each mana spent.

Spend all your mana. Give all your minions +1 +1 for every 3 mana spent.

Spend all your mana. Deal 1 damage and heal your hero for 1 health for every 2 mana spent.

Spend all your mana. Equip a 0/2 weapon with +1 attack for every mana spent.
