Just played ETC out of an unstable portal. It's a really fun card. Opponent got the token spell "Rogues do it..." (do 4 damage and draw a card)

2500 wins and still see new and fun stuff.

Yeah I've never had the chance to play ETC. I don't own it, have never drafted it in arena, and rarely play mage and even rarer play unstable portal. I think in almost 10,000 games it's only been played against me twice or so. I have no idea what spells you get from him, lol.

I have very seldom seen Illuminator used by anyone but me. At the very least it will give you +4 health and force the opponent to blow a removal spell on it. I've often had the impression that it comes out so rarely that opponents are stuck to know what to do, I can see them reading the description.

That said, I dropped it in the end.

Illuminators are cute but the problem is the secret classes are also the most aggressive classes in the game. (hunter/mage) secrets in decks tend to be tempo oriented rather than control heals, which is why they arent run.

I used them in my freeze mage for a little while but they got cut for more aoe, since that seemed to work better in stalling out opponents than the heal.

Mad Scientist is one of the best cards in the game Searix, don't think it's underutilized.

I don't play a ton of arena but cards I've never seen played in arena/constructed:

Savagery (Druid)--even by the computer (maybe with the new dragon I'll see it)
Recycle (Druid)
Bestial Wrath (Hunter)
Totemic Might (Shaman)
I've seen Vitality Totem (Shaman) b/c it pops from shredders--never seen it played by anyone though

I own a Hemet, and I've never seen it in action especially when it uses it's battlecry.

I'm not even sure why Totemic Might and Savagery will ever be played.

I'm sure I've seen Savagery. It was in a situation when the druid had played the +2 to all characters card twice to get rid of a taunt and take the win by hitting to face. Think that's the only time I've ever seen it, and I didn't see it coming either.
