When I made my first deck I thought it meant the first card I drew would cost 1, 2nd draw costs 2, etc, so I made a really greedy Aviana druid deck. Then.... these weren't the rules.
I'm not sure how good it is but it's fun. Just have the jouster->doomsayer->acolyte->astral communion->nourish guaranteed and then just stack the rest of your deck with 6+ drops.
the problem with it is obviously no removal, though i'm considering recycle as it won't interfere with the draw early game.
Played a similar deck but without 5 or 6 drops and a slightly different opening (Chow/mark of the wild/acolyte/AC). Works decently and a lot of fun !
I agree there's some fun decks but I haven't even strayed from my initial deck apart from minor tweaks.
I'll admit I got lucky that I picked up Sylvanas and Boom in the past 2 weeks, woulda made this brawl more difficult, but I've been winning brawls by turn 5 anyway. Hearthstone is basically giving you the opportunity to take variance out of the game and draw what you want to draw. No good player with a reasonable collection should be less than 60% winrate in this brawl imo
Secret pally is pretty strong. But I just had a control warrior dominate me. Shield slammed my MC, Brawled my Boom, Executed my 8 drop. That deck is obviously not as reliable, though, because it doesn't have guaranteed draw.
Alarm o bot on 3 is nice when it works, but if they have an answer for it, your turn 3 is wasted, so I may put Muster back in.
I think Chow + Annoy-o-tron + Alarm-o-bot is better than Doomsayer since the chow will often bait out removal they have and if they just play minions, annoy-o-tron will protect the alarm-o-bot.
Ive played this format a lot so far and im undefeated 10 wins or so with this deck so I thought id share.
2 moonfire
2 innervate
2 zombie
2 mark of the wild
1 jungle panther (do not attack til druid of the fang is out)
2 savage combatant
2 swipe
2 keeper of the grove
2 druid of the fang
1 sylvanas
1 ancient of war
1 kelthuzad
1 aviana
1 alextrasza
1 cenarius
1 malygos
1 nefarian
1 ysera
1 onyxia
2 volcanic lumberer
1 deathwing
Druid has a large number of expensive class cards though, so this brawl might favor them a bit. A class like priest with a ton of cheap spells seems pretty bad in this as the twist wouldn't help them very much.
