Killing it with a Minibot or Peacekeeper was usually the only way it happened cleanly, it just felt gross to use a Truesilver charge to clear the 1/2.
If you wanted to keep Sylvanas in the list then Black Knight is what I would cut to give Greenskin a try. I've just now worked my way to rank 10 and I've been seeing a lot of aggro. Another part of my thought process is that a 2 damage Light's Justice would be helpful against aggro as long as you can draw in to your healing to make up for swinging at bigger minions. If you're at the lower ranks and seeing more control then I can understand why Black Knight would be good. I know I would be surprised and taken off guard if someone played it against me. Obviously it's great against Druid, but I've been seeing mostly Hunter, Mage, and Demon/Zoo Warlocks.
I've been seeing some decent control around rank 5, which justifies running Black Knight imo. Decent percentage of Handlock and both kinds of Druid make up enough of the meta for me to run this card.
Black Knight also works better in a deck that runs decent draw and plenty of comeback mechanics. That way, even if you're facing decks where the taunt/BK ratio is small, you have decent chance to draw into a proper answer when the time comes (My vigil deck runs two equalities, owl, BGH, and Black Knight..all taunt answers to push lethal or retain/gain tempo).
This fundamental principle also justifies me running one QM as opposed to two, because I almost always have a full hand with a multitude of options in my aresenal. It's a comfort thing too...the versatility of my deck allows me to be liberal in spots I'd normally be conservative in a standard midrange deck.
It's also nice knowing I can make efficient trades, draw cards, and drop a shredder instead of a cult master turn 4 (which is another reason why Vigil is so elite).
