Yes. Both Blackrock Mountain and League of Explorers give you cards that are playable in standard.

id say loe>brm as well but the first two wings of brm are close must haves imo (grim patron, thaurissan, imp game boss) depending on what decks you want to play

BRM and LOE will rotate out of standard at the same time. That said, LOE is the best bet with how many good cards it has compared to BRM.
