Gonna start the month by playing control warrior/zoo and then will probably go back to playing druid later on.
Does Hearthtracker keep track of your opponent and the cards in their deck that they've played and have it saved in their history (I'm talking about previous opponents that you are currently playing)? I think if I reach legend again, I might start tracking opponents cards played so I can have their lists.
Have a lot of free time this month so going to try and reach legend this month. Starting with face hunter to get to rank 10 or so but any advice on decks that are good in the meta are welcome.
I was thinking of doing patron warrior and some hunter for the early part of the climb but I think I'm just going to play freeze mage the whole way since that's the only **** I enjoy playing
It's funny with priest, I feel like MOST of them are the gimmicky deathlord/velens deck, there are very few total old school control. And frankly I think it's the best archetype, esp as it can be up or down shifted curve-wise depending on meta
Haven't run a BGH target or MC in a while, instead you can squeeze in a shadow madness or extra chow etc. and it makes all the difference vs the aggro
Going to start out with Midrange Paladin this month because its only really bad matchup is Rogue and I see like 0 rogues in this meta.
I've seen quite a few rogues already. My most common opponent this season has been Shaman of all things. I don't understand. They didn't even exist 2 days ago.
Still in the low ranks but most common for me is warlock which is good as I have 80% winrate against them. Hunters next which is a coinflip for me and then warriors which is not good as they crush me.
How do you guys combat the BGH, execute, polymorph, hex etc spells?
I'm a F2P who just started so my "finisher" was the tank but I've since taken it out since it always is immediately countered before I can do anything..
It's there value in loading the deck with now mid range minions, forcing opponent to "hold" into his one card removals expecting something bigger?
I have seen a lot of Druid and Warrior so far this month. There is some Zoo (haven't seen straight up Demonlock yet) and some Hunter.
I switched to Priest, and outside of Druid of the Claw, I think it's matched up well so far. Aggro dropping off a bit allows for some more mid to late game Priest stuff, and I think that as far as control goes, they have a great toolkit available to them when they don't have to build a third of their deck specifically so that they don't get run over by aggro.
shaman has nothing on flamewaker mage. Yesterday I had 3 minions on board, one was a taunted giant who died to arcane missiles--->finicky cloakfield--->ping. wtf.
