Yeah, if people are pushing rank solely for these rewards they will be disappointed

but most arent i think

this doesn't encourage me to push for legend on EU or asia but i still will strive for r5 since that's easy, relative to the rewards/marginal gain

Any incentive is good and will make people play more. Lots of people don't even think about the fact that it is only 5 dust per rank but they will still put in the extra games when they are close to getting that next rank because there is a reward associated with it.

I've been playing fatigue mage for the past couple days and it's awesome fun and leads to some really interesting games. Dominates any hunter, been crushing handlock, seems favored vs patron (around rank 12)...

Just played a game vs tempo mage where he cloaked an Antonidas and created 6 fireballs over two turns, but I won in fatigue because I'd duplicated/echoed 5 healbots (7 total). I imagine that guy is throwing his computer out the window about now.

I have no idea how accurate this is. Apparently, if you didn't log into you account from the end of July until after the update, you got the chest and that's how they compiled the data, from multiple people sending in their rewards.

Wow the dust you get from rank 6 to 5 more than doubles. Brutal.

Is it the rank you finish at or the highest achieved? Like, I'm rank 3 right now, what happens if I finish at rank 6? Do I still get rank 3 prizes?
