Read an article today thinking it would be custom games. As in one can set redic rules and play through them. IE start with 7 mana, or start with a 8 card hand, ect.

Well what are the possibilities? Custom games? Tournaments? Some kind of mode where, say, only Classic cards are allowed? Or only classic and Naxx for example. A random mode? (you get a random deck of 30 cards and play against others)

Steps to make the meta less cancer:

Nerf Mad Scientist

Nerf 1 of the Hunter Damage out of hand spells (Quick Shot/Kill Command)

Buff some low mana taunt minions. Right now Sen'Jin is seeing more play to counter all the aggro

The rest is more complicated. With the ease that you can play BGH, it seems like it's too hard to play a deck with the goal of getting massive minions to stick. Handlock survives because it plays so many massive minions that it's hard to remove them all.

if bliz wanted less cancer they would simply add 1 healing to all +healing minions. i thought of this solution in the shower today.

voodoo doctor should be +3
erf +4
healbot +9
loh +9
naaruu +4

and so on. just the slightest difference there would change the complexion, since a lot of the cancer decks margin is 1 to 5 health or so.

dr boom should be 1-3 damage, not 1-4. and thats it. that would slow the meta tremendously

for the record, ive been reduced to playing ****ing freeze mage bc of so much cancer. it deals with the hunters so well.

I like the idea of healing a bit more. ERF is basically only played in Rogue since most handlocks dropped it or mayyyybe run 1 now. It certainly wouldn't break the game I don't think.

Dr Boom at 1-3 would be great and maybe enough. Hell he would still be a pretty sick card at 1-2, it is already 9/9 stats for 7 mana.

Very rarely in the decks you're playing Zombie Chow in will the 5 health make a big difference in who wins the matchup. Zombie Chow is featured in control decks where ultimately gaining board control in the late game will win you the game, not bursting your opponent down first.

Zombie Chow is so great because it trades 1 for 1 with most of the 1 drops and also a lot of the 2-drops as well. Playing Zombie Chow on Turn 1 prevents your opponent from playing things like Juggler, Flame Imp, etc resulting in a massive tempo loss for the aggro deck.

If I'm the aggro deck such as zoo or hunter, I still play flame imp or juggler right into chow. I figure it beats hero powering, even if it's a favorable trade for the opponent.

Is that wrong? It's a bad trade but like you said, the alternative is a major tempo loss.

Of course you play flame imp into chow. You're forced to trade something for it and flame imp is just as good a way as any to do that. Juggler has more value so I might try to save it if I have another way to trade but there's no way that playing hero power on turn 2 is better than playing a card that trades evenly with chow.

Going turn 2 hero power with any aggro deck is a huge loss of tempo.

It seems appropriately costed for the crappy secrets, like Noble Sacrafice. I think the Hunter traps are where it comes close to being OP, but it's probably fine there. However, with Mage secrets I think it crosses the line to being too powerful. Mage secrets cost the most because they are the most powerful. Mad Scientist putting a Mirror Entity in to play for free after giving you a 2/2 body is too much for 2 mana.

playing flame imp into zombie chow is a no brainer vs all decks. playing knife juggler into zombie chow is ******ed vs MOST decks but not all.
