Hearthstone?! (Blizzard online card game) - Page 23 - Hearthstone -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I've played for a few hours now and gotten Mage and Shaman to level 10. The game is a lot of fun. Versus other people I've mostly had blowouts (20+ health differential) either way but I also had one that came down to me getting a lucky taunt totem that was the difference between victory and defeat. I like Shaman a lot because of the totems.

There's a lot of "Just one more game" to this. They can go pretty quick but I feel like I'm improving each time, catching mistakes I make throughout the game like forgetting a minion can attack or leaving myself with 1 mana where I could have gotten to 0 with a different play. I can't wait to see it on the iPad.

everything I love about MTG, with the ability to have cards like Crash of Beasts and Pack Raptor (check them out, under the green section, alphabetical). I can't see how I don't love this game

First set is ~360 cards, with 400+ including tokens/created cards/etc. This is only the pvp cards.

I also thought PvP didn't have socketing and that was a PvE only mechanic

Are legendaries supposed to be really rare? I just bought the $20 set of 15 packs last night and opened 3 legendaries in those packs. Is that about standard or did I just hardcore luckbox it?

This is happening to quite a few people (2-3 keys, from same wave) and it also involves people getting beta keys sent to acct emails that already have beta on their acct. It's irritating for those that don't have it

I'm glad I watched several hours of Trump play Arena before I got a key. I like the way he makes decisions so learning from Trump feels like an advantage when you start the game.

definitely and you get a clear indication of which minions are strong wihtout having to experience it yourself.

Some of them arent as intuitive as it seems (like almost all the 1 hp ones sucking).

Hopefully the beta is open soon and we can get some constructed 2p2 tournaments going
