I ve never got a negative effect while playing it , so obviously it s an awesome card
on a more serious note for someone with almost no cards yeah, i guess it s a bit better than a 6/7 for 6 but that s marginal at best

It's not better than ogre imo. Removing a 7 is a lot harder than a 6 for many of the classes.

while a 4/5 is much better than a 4/4 , i doubt the difference is that big for a 6/7
only spell that will do 6 damages instead of 7 is fireball , and yet for the price of the boulderfist you fireball + fireblast it still easily.
usually the robot need to be killed fast or it can give some decent benefits, i ve no clue about % of differents bots tho. most time i played it the bot was giving +1+1 to a minion at end of turn which wasnt too bad

I think all his inventions apply their benefits to both players. Might be playable (kind of) if you have some type of board control deck.

Boulder is just a better card because no side effects.

Forcing a mage to use a fireball to kill a minion is +ev. Also forcing 6 mana on 1 turn to kill 1 minion is +ev.

What Karak is saying is 6/7 > 6/6 with random effect to **** you over.

Most classes don't have an "easy" way to deal with a 6/7. Sure, they all have removal, and can deal with it in an optimal environment. Mage has several ways to deal with it and negate the damage.

in arena it might be pretty bad but for miracle rogues it's amazing. i'd suggest checking out kungen stream for a demonstration (he may not be the best but he is fun to watch)

Wut? Sap is solid. It's a decent combo starter and it gets around taunts or stalls your opponent so you can get in for damage.

I had to look up what a Miracle rogue is and it looks like any low mana spell is good for that build doesn't matter much what they do.

It is pretty good anytime you have board control and the other player drops a big guy as an anchor to try and get control back around. It can basically make your opponent lose a turn for 2 mana, which sometimes is insane value.

Sap is also fantastic in the early game when your opponent can realistically only play one guy - using it in the early game basically sets your opponent back an entire turn.

In other news, just noticed for the first time that if you change your hero ability with Shadowform, it resets. That means if you have the mana, you can heal a guy, cast Shadowform, then blast a guy all in the same turn.

do people just hate druids or something? 3 times today my opponent has left in the first 2-5 turns with us both 20+ hp. no huge advantage for me or anything, lol. (arena)

think it was one opponent left, and the other two they just blew themselves up. probably just a coincidence of people having to leave for whatever reason

I hate the card so much. It's good but not great early and if your opponent has a full hand later in the game it's a dead card. Just a brutal pick overall.
