IMO casino mage is back. Excited about this expansion more then few latest ones.

That seems really good. It's hard to evaluate how much of a drawback losing the other hero power is. 1 damage wherever you want is very strong, but getting to cast Unstable Portal EVERY TURN is even better.

Looks fun, hope it's competitive

It's got multiple purposes - Board clear (normally with lightning storm or earthquake), transform to avoid deathrattles, and whatever shaman murloc synergy you run.

oh, and a hard counter to khadgar + giants turn

When I first saw that card I thought, "hm, that's interesting. Very murloc-y"

Then I saw your post and that you were immediately calling it a 5 star card.

Then I spent about a second and a half thinking about why it might be 5 stars, and came to the conclusion that I concur.

Yah this is both a wild priest counter and a mage counter, arguably the 2 best decks.

Card is bonkers good, though I think for control shaman only. It’s hard for me to picture a way that this gets used in any sort of offensive capacity. If you’re Murloc Shaman, all your minions are already murlocs, you don’t need to transform them.

This card destroys mage and mech decks. It’s only probably bad vs rogue who will have a board full of super small minions with no buffs.

I cant wait fpr the trolden where someone casts that spell on a big priest in wild then the big priest otks with like warleaders and old murk eyes

Plague is only good in hypothetical control decks. It won't be used like Devolve because you can't attack. I don't think it sees play for a long time because Control Shaman sucks. Has potential though.

Beeees seems mad good. The interaction with Linecracker alone is kinda broken.

We've been burned in the past by cards that we immediately deemed as super strong, but never ended up seeing much, if any play. Troggzor comes to mind.

Troggzor would be auto-include broken in warrior decks to tech against mage. A lot of the old legendaries were immediately garbage tier because they were too slow against aggro meta

I think Brann might end up being pretty good. Finley has decent potential, too. The rest it's hard to imagine not being pretty bad.

Its hard to imagine why you would run no duplicates just for those cards. If theres a coherent deck for them though they are pretty great.

I'll start with mage bc ldo i know it the best.

I can see this card working out. Obvious comparisons to Dyn-O-Matic, 1 more mana for a 4/6 body deal 10 instead of 3/4 body deal 5 - and Dyno is 2x in every warrior deck. Also synergy with polymorph which may be ran with it again.

Question then becomes how much of a downside is the run no copies deck, so let's take a look.

Quick look only really painful things we give up are a conj/mountain giant, so i definitely think this card will see play in barista. Don't think it will see play in cyclone

Those cards are all horrible in a vacuum. I have a sad that they're not neutrals either.

It's hard not to feel a little let down by those cards after the ones from League of Explorers were so good.

Especially Reno. He was such an impactful card, and had an entire style of deck named after him (Reno decks, highlander decks, singleton decks). I don't see any of these cards having the same impact (or being as much fun) as the old ones.

Tankup would be the best probably, druid and warlock's upgraded powers also strong, in fact im not sure which the worst would be.

Brann + Kill Command is 13 face damage. At worst it's a solid board play for 7.

Armagedillo gives +2/+2 to things like Zilliax, Bronze Gatekeeper, Unpowered steambot, 3 decent cards and i assume it gets more support.

Elise is the first of it's kind - i'm not sure there's every been a copy a card in hand mechanic. First thought is some kind of OTK druid with discounted malygos from Jepetto. Anything druid can do to discount their cards or keep stat buffs makes this more powerful, or anything that having 2 copies of a legendary or combo
