Awesome nerfs

Love the frequency of changes over the past year or so. Coincides with a lot of Team 5 changing out and including a former HS pro who actually understands the game in Chakki instead of a bunch of rank 25 blizzard testers.

Satisfied with the nerfs, even as an exclusive hunter player, specifically midrange hunter. Honestly, maybe ESPECIALLY as a midrange hunter player, since spellstone has single handledly cost me many games and my deck historically hasn't done well against odd rogue or odd pally. I'll definitely miss the 1 mana hunter's mark but it seems like a fair change.

The 1/1 rush guy that makes another 1/1 rush dude also makes it viable. 3 mana to kill a guy is still pretty cheap but will cost essentially 1.5 cards.

blizz cares a lot more about wild now than ever, so they have to consider post-rotation stuff too. hm+candle would be op as hell forever.

Nerfs are interesting. Even Hunter could be possible with secret package? Will definitely try it out.

Nerfing the low mana cards like Cold Blood, Mark, Equality is tough because the changes are so much more significant. Equality is a pretty huge nerf.

Flametongue is an example of a good nerf. Doesn't kill the card as it is inherently such high value but a good balance now.

assuming you have a way to clear it (wild pyro, consecration, 1/1 tokens) - equality has been a 2 mana aoe polymorph.

Anyways he boomships a Ysera, Primordial Drake, and a Deathwing he got randomly. Got me thinking about how the various classes would react to that.

Priest - Psychic Scream, ez answer
Hunter - depends on hunter's marks
Paladin - Wild Pyro + equality or 5 mana equality, ez answer
Rogue - Vanish, ez answer
Warrior - Brawl/huge reckless flurry/executes
Warlock - Twisting nether if teched, or loses
Mage - Blizzard + Doomsayer if teched, blizzard + meteor/stall possibly
Druid - Loses
Shaman - Loses

Just noting which classes that have easy answers also happen to be the best decks atm

Now shrink Ray is pretty strong and could easily replace equality. Equality isn’t exactly polymorph due to the large number of death rattle/cube decks.
