Uh, dude, I play a lot of control hunter. Part of my win condition is fatiguing people. When I lose 3-4 cards because of geist, it is ****ing over decks. It also hits other deck archetypes that aren't meta. It's bad design like almost all tech cards.

hate decks are bad simply because you get +5-10% winrate against one deck and ~-2% against others only because you happen to face the deck you're hate carding against

Anyone know what the interaction is between Undatakah + Pyros? Does it return a (6) 6/6 Undatakah?

I want to play BSM with the Dragonhawk in one of the Astromancer 7 slots. I don't think much else will change.

And on that note I don't think the meta will change at all really. Last xpac before a rotation, all the aggro decks are extremely powerful and only gaining cards. Heal pally has a chance. Game will be very good in April though again I think...

dragon rush warrior might be legit

at the very least odd warrior with the 5 drops and maybe the 3 drop execute

Meh, the new Whizzbang decks don't seem that fun. Each class has 2, and one of them is a slightly modified version of one of the previous ones and the second deck is mostly new. Of the 18, maybe 4 or 5 looked decent. The dragon warrior one was the only one that stuck out as something I really want to play.

But on the plus side, Whizzbang is currently bugged and is letting you play with the new decks:

fairly certain undertakah + pyros will be in all big spell mages if it gives you more copies

thought more about it: It will be interesting to see how it works.

Because technically it's infinite value: You will keep getting new undertakahs that have deathrattle: Summon a {6} undertakah as long as you don't play the second pyros. Then it's about what the other two deathrattles are maybe even something as simple as plated beetle

Could play Goblin Bomb + Leper Gnome and have it do 4 damage to enemy hero every times it dies

My quick thoughts on the cards, just taking a look at them now.

Druid seems really bad
A few amazing Hunter cards, feel like Hunter will be good for a while
Mage I can't decide if they're good or not, lots of hero power DK Jaina memes for 4 months though
I kinda think a lot of these Pally cards are good
Priest Loa + Bwonsamdi I think is insane, seems super legit for OTK. I will try to make buff priest work
Rogue okay lots of pirates.
Shaman cards seem hard to evaluate, most of the overload stuff seems bad but the legendaries are awesome
Warlock more trying to make discard work. Some zoo help but not sure what to cut
Warrior dragons yesssssss. I hope it works.

Most of the neutrals seem pretty janky but a couple of the epics and all the legendary aside from Griftah are cool

griftah seems strong, there's some spells that you can (hunter beast stuff, warlock demon stuff) you can gamble on getting that are a + for you and bad for them

My thoughts on the new expansion:

Rastakhan power level seems very high to me.
Even if some of those cards might not see play now they will see play in the future.
Is it just me or is Likkim insanely powerful? It's almost guaranteed 7 damage for 2 mana. Likkim in wild seems broken.
Shaman got a lot of good defensive tools. I'm kinda scared that Shudderwock will be good.

Oondasta should be a safe day 1 craft.

the pro consensus I've seen so far says the power level is low, especially for a 3rd xpac of the year. I thought the early reveal was OP but it got extremely weak towards the end... remains to be seen I guess.

I agree with you Likkim is broken, as are the hunter and pally weapons. Think Undertake is strong, as are mage/shaman loa. Really like the odd dragons, mass hysteria and pally heal package.
