Archmage Antonidas + Lich King and Ysera in big spell mage maybe gonna be meta?

Play Lich King/Ysera first, get one of their cheap spells, boom free fireballs.
Better if you save coin and do archmage + coin + anti magic shell.

Worst case it’s a {7} 5/7 that demands hex or siphon that you can bait and thus play Lich or Ysera safely

Yeah some of the last ones are absolutely bonkers. Would have never figured some of them out. At some point in the future I'll try them but some are just ridiculously insane. I think one of the finales takes 20+ different particular moves to pull off around test subject. F that noise.

First time I've hit legend. I almost never play enough to get close but I've been enjoying the new expansion and playing more.

Hah, congrats mflip! Just hit legend for the first time myself and came to post the same thing. Mix of deathrattle hunter and odd rogue mostly.

Egg hunter feels real strong, skillful, interactive, is not face and not combo. Seems like the perfect deck for all the typical whiners out there.

This is the deck code:

This is the one I was using with a spellbreaker replacing the stitched tracker. There's basically two main ways to build it, one using keleseth/kathrena/big beasts, and the other using mechanical whelps, zilliax, firework techs. I used the mech whelp one, though it looks like big beasts is performing a little better atm on tracking sites.

It's been my favorite deck both before and after boomsday, agreeing with what wolfram said.

The only decks is REALLY struggles with are odd pally and quest rogue, the other aggro decks are tough but definitely not hopeless. Strong vs most druids.

Grats on legend. This is maybe one of the most frustrating months I've ever had playing this game. It's just absurdly difficult for me to break over 50%.

Of course I'm being really stubborn and not playing the best decks but I feel like my queuing has been atrocious too. Which in this rock paper scissors meta is just the worst. It feels abysmal queuing into matchups you're basically only 20% to win and that's IF you play perfectly.

I'll switch to odd paladin or something and just start crushing and go oh yea it's just deck selection. I am definitely a control meta type of player. I can't hang in this aggro/midrange ****.

Giving the mech deathrattle hunter a try. It's fun to play. Good deck, I don't care if the other deck is better, I'm not crafting king krush and I blew about $50 yesterday trying to get a zilliac so here we go.

Yeah its been frustrating for me aswell, only im not even rank 10 lulz. I just cant seem to climb any ranks. Its probably because i havent been playing the best decks and i split my time between standard and wild but i used to always find a way to get rank 5 at least, then i took a break for a couple months and cant rank up for the life of me even with deathrattle big beast hunter

I've been trying to refine a tempo shaman since release. Haven't been able to build a viable list. Few days ago tune into Reynad and he has a tempo shaman a few cards off mine and is crushing it. Mayb it's time to hang it up...
