Though the fact that the game is NOT free to play is intriguing.
Man, HS really is the stone cold nuts in terms of being the easiest to pick up and play and most fun card game out there. I've played a bit of a bunch of other card games like ES:Legends, Gwent, Eternal, Shadowverse and none hold a candle of HS in terms of just being fun to play. Blizzard is like the Apple of video game makers.
theres a lottt of different stuff. each player picks 5 heroes in their decks which affects some of the other cards they can play, very unclear on how that works.
Positionning is super important as your card has an attack pointer and you can soak attacks or let them through if theres nothing defending their path. I think attacking units dont trade, you both end your turn at the same time I think and both sides attack each other ?
I saw that phantom assassin attacks in diagonal, and I think some heroes like Sven cleave attack.
Cards also have colors which afaik we have no idea how that works yet.
You can also purchase cards/buffs with gold during the match which is also something unexplained yet. Gold is NOT mana. Mana goes up 1 per turn like most games.
You also have infinite room for minions in a lane, no cap. Also no cap on handsize.
You also draw 2 per turn (your deck is 40 cards with max of the same card at 3).
