If anyone is feeling a bit bored of HS ladder right now, and fancies playing something a bit off meta, I've reached legend this month (first time in a long time) with a combination of these two decks. Kingsbane Mill Rogue and OTK Lynessa Paladin.

Played against kingsbane mill rogue the other day, thought it was a fun looking deck. Just squeaked a win with Cubelock, but it was close.

Agreed with this. I’d really like to see a win rate breakdown of tempo rogue between prince/no prince/prince + shadowstep on 2. I honestly would not be surprised if all 3 were positive win rates, with prince + shadowstep being a win rate over 80%. Which is absolutely absurd for something decided at the mulligan.

But again, so much of keleseth’s power is actually patches. **** that card to infinity.

Toast said that playing Keleseth on 2 ups your chances to win the game by 10%.

can anyone explain to me what is the win condition of, uh, weasel priest? You just shuffle a bunch of weasels into your opponent's deck, cant see how that wins you any game.

The main deck it targets is Raza priest, and it destroys the deck's win condition by deactivating Raza. Versus tempo decks, it tries to hang on with small deathrattle minions until psychic scream, then drop Amara to heal to 40. From then on, your opponent is running a deck that doesnt have much, if any, card draw, so he's topdecking, and top decking weasels. You then grind out the game with Anduin DK & nzoth.

I built a control dragon priest, been playing it the last couple days. How come no one else is doing this? There are so many different dragon priest decks, but 0 control ones that I’ve seen, yet the 2 new dragon cards priest got this xpac are awesome control tools. This deck feels really good, only thing it hard core loses to is jade Druid. Can beat raza priest, though it’s unfavored, but is favored over warlock control decks. Absolutely ****s on tempo decks. I let a paladin draw 8 cards with divine favor and he didn’t even come close to killing me. Here’s the list. Thoughts?

Sleepy dragon actually is amazing against aggro if you can cheat it out and they don't have a hard counter if you wanted a deck that uses it

Have tweaked the list a bit. I was getting lucky vs. raza priest, that matchup is much worse than I thought. Added the rats to make it winnable. Dropped the silence+circle package, added shadow visions for consistency and changed the primordial drake to book wyrm because I wanted to add a shadow word pain but couldnt fit it in.

List feels close to optimized now. Just destroys aggro. Biggest problem the deck has are the random decks like dead mans warrior and kingsbane rogue that show up from time to time. They are an auto loss and it feels bad when you run into them.

queued this up and got back to back Kingsbane Rogue to start, lol got crushed 2x.

mind you it does get some pretty easy wins.

But just brutally inconsistent. If you don't have Barnes/Shadow Essence how do you possibly win? you'll just have a mix of somewhat good removal and unplayable minions.

Docpwn’s gets reverse swept by jasonzhou with doc playing tempo rogue after jasonzhou did the same thing to purple. Jasonzhou is a good player but not as good as others and lucky as **** jfc.

Jasonzhou is pretty good in my opinion. He brought priest last year and got top 8, right? When NO ONE was playing priest.

he's obviously pretty good--he's the only guy ever to make the final 4 twice at the HWC but my god he runs like god at times. he clearly makes some big mistakes and top decks a LOT.

Sinto/Frozen match especially the last few games were nuts.

I took ShtanUdachi so great success.

Purple looked like he was throwing the game vs shtan although his hands ****ing sucked. Surrender played the last match with priest crazy well vs jade druid. Can’t wait till both those stupid decks are gone.
