Almost as dumb as razakus mirrors.

nearly every mirror match is god awful

it's the main reason why i never play meta decks

i put the 3/2 lifesteal guy in my aggro paladin deck and i think it gives me an edge in the mirror

Yeah like almost every game at rank 5+ wild has been against aggro pally or cubelock.

I made a dirty aggro Paladin deck and just beat a Warlock that healed with 2 Dark Pacts, a 7 damage spellstone, an *8* damage spellstone, got 3 turns of the Gul'dan hero power, and beat through 2 Void Lords and an extra 3 Voidwalkers from the DK. Plus he had both Defiles and both Hellfires for board clears in the first half of his deck. Pretty sure I had to do like 70 damage to that guy.

Deck is stronk.

i thought id like playing the new handlocks but tbh voidcaller makes it really boring to me idk.

maybe its because the games are always very long unless they concede from value

I threw my giants cubelock in the trash. It kinda did nothing well. You had to have giants to have a chance against priest, but you still lost most of the time. And the giant version loses to aggro unless you get lucky and cheat out a voidlord.

So I made a standard warlock control deck to torture the aggro decks that are trying to reach legend.

Just had a warlock at legend rank play hungry ettin on 6 vs me. It spawned a radiant elemental. I was playing miracle, and had double coin, gadgetzan and prep in hand. He is either editing his deck or uninstalling the game right now.

Hunter on top of arena is indeed terrible. So many wolves/board control and by the time I get some presence, I get crushing walled. Then I just lose to hero power. Bah.

Removal that takes a turn to work (or two to kill a second minion) and requires your opponent to not have anything to deal with it isn't good enough in constructed imo even if it is only 3 mana

lol, im watching some streams to ease new years hangover and im pretty sure that every single reasonably well known streamer is playing razakus priest.

Interesting that people are not trying to find hard counters for that deck, mill druid is one imo, I played it quite a bit in december and was crushing priests, and Im not even very good with it (the deck has very high skill cap)

The hard counters for raza priest (mill decks, combo decks) generally suck on ladder, especially early in the month where aggro is everywhere.

ye, I came to similar conclusion when I thought about it some more, still, judging by what Ive seen in streams, there is so many priest that it might be worth it

there is also one more deck that is good both vs razakus and aggro, which is big warrior. Too bad it is super inconsistent (if you dont draw your recruits you simply do nothing until turn 8-9), otherwise it could be a viable option. Still, I climbed from rank 15 to 8 in one session last season with it and I think it is kinda underrated.

Thing is the minimum it takes to deal with this minion is at least one minion+hero power in one turn, and/or wasting a card to deal with it. Only real exception is potion of madness that you may need to play around.

Otherwise if your opponent can't answer it the value the card gets is absolutely disgusting. I've already had to burn a 5 mana and 6 mana card to sacrifice into it when i've faced it and had no other answer
