Absolutely love dark pact as a card, it’s just great design.

I haven’t played it at all, but cube warlock is just a really cool deck. Lots of fun mechanics, great tools for anti aggro, burst - it’s got it all! It’s one of those decks that I don’t mind losing to.

I cut umbra for a second siphon soul.

Cube and the 3/9 guy is insane, I think any aggro deck needs to run two silences at least right now

Feel like the spellstones should be cut from that list, we only have the librarians as activators and they're not great value.

Spell stones are a good card cos they're just about fine without buffs. at 5 damage they're really good and at 7 they're amazing but the worst case isn't that bad at all

Yeah I think the quests have been bugged recently, I signed in last night and it only showed one quest after 3 days of inactivity, then I log in this AM and there's 3 there now

I wasn't getting quests to show up either but this worked for me both times to fix the issue. Log out, change the settings in bnet to another language, and log back in after bnet applies a small patch. As a bonus you get to hear the foreign versions of the Innkeeper.

Having played quite a bit of Cubelock, I'm going back to my early assessment that spellstones can be cut. Rather have Stonehills/Spellbreaker/N'Zoth.

Man i’m havin a hard time justifying removing that card. Warlock has desperately needed single target removal and healing for almost a year. That card is both, and even it’s non upgraded version is pretty good.

It functions in so many other ways too - killing your own lackeys/cubes, getting a target down to the right health for a defile clear, etc.

Rin is a far better target for replacement. Or hell, even twisting nether.

I don't know if I just got unlucky or if Candlebeard is a bastard to beat.

I was on boss 7 with the Warrior. Had 2 passives that doubled my health. I started with 180 health and I still couldn't beat him. I might have gotten unlucky in the mid game and just not drawing enough cards to clear his board. His charge passive made it hard to keep any board control and having weapons to try and clear his only reduced my health even more.

The Dungeon Run's are definitely fun. I really like them over trying to build a deck and playing ladder since their's no pressure.

I definitely agree that dungeon runs are the best single player content they have ever done.

And the amount of power creep in this expansion is LOL. Especially that warlock deck. Summon 9 mana demons for free with the weapon, summon more with cube, summon them again with N'zoth, summon them again with Deathknight Gul'dan. Or you can do most of that with the 5/7 chargers.

problem is a few decks like tempo mage and control warlock are built around the OP weapons and if you don't draw them you have some equity but not much. you never want to play doomguard without the weapon and toss away cards. but the 3/9 demon with deathrattle is a really nasty and annoying card for any aggro deck not playing silence. even if they do if you bring it back with the cube or nzoth, it gets even worse for aggro.

There are many situations where it is appropriate to play doomguard out of hand, especially against fast, board centric decks like rogue. In control mirrors, usually never.

I can think of a few games I played where i played doomguard out of a large hand so I could cube it and win on the spot.
