My golden pack had 4 commons and a rare. But the rare was a Wild Pyromancer, which gives me 2 of him so that makes me happy. Don't see him much any more but if I do ever build a Priest deck with multiple copies of cards he could make a comeback. Probably in some kind of Dragon Soul deck.

I guess I need to start using HearthArena when I do arena runs. 1-2 bad cards in your deck can really end your runs. I picked Alarm-o-bot in one run and then after drawing it the first game realized how dumb that was. Then I picked Dirty Rat another time and realized that arena is very different from constructed. LOL, that's how you learn I guess.

I just did another arena run and used HA and realized it's not that much fun to have the site make the picks for you, even though at the moment it will give me better decks. So I'd rather just learn on my own and hopefully improve enough that I wouldn't need it any way.

I haven't played in a few weeks now, and can't say I miss it. I had been playing since beta and just wasn't finding it fun anymore. I'm not sure if I just have been playing too long and it got stale or if the recent expansions ruined it for me, I have not enjoyed playing against many decks ever since jade came out, and have found the meta annoying ever since. I'm not sure if I will jump back in the next expansion or not, will probably wait to see how the reviews are.

I regularly take month long breaks from the game. Its so simple. If you're not enjoying it, stop. If you want to start to play again, do. While its enjoyable, keep playing. Rinse and repeat.

Agreed, I got too caught up in feeling I had to keep clearing the daily quests in an attempt to not fall behind.

I just quit completely and don't plan to come back. It's been a massively +ev life decision. I've freed up a lot of time and still get my fix from TESL in a much healthier and less rage inducing manner.

i wonder what a deck would look like where the whole point is to summon an ancient one. i know it would have two ancient ones and barnes. probably a slightly worse version of big druid.

I did it with one Ancient One and Molten Reflection, but then lol arena.

Feels like Resurrect Priest is the easiest way to do it probably.

bloo bird wheneve ri get to ran 10 , and you know for an average player in rank 12 that takes from 30 minutes to 4 days, i will play 10 games of ancient one big priest and tell you about how it goes, thats cool.

Barnes and Shadow Essence are your win conditions so you definitely should include a second copy of the latter. You can cut the PW:S for it, its terrible in this deck.

i'm on a break right now too, but my breaks consist of playing 3-5 games a day to grind for rank 5. when i hit rank 5 i sometimes try to clear quests.

this is compared to me playing 8-12 hours a day before, lol.
