They do. Your hand is usually full because you don't play that many cards per turn.

So is Jade Druid the new C'thun Druid? Seems like the deck has slipped into mediocrity really fast. I'm running double doomsayer and ooze in mine to fight off all the aggro and even with that it's still rather meh.

I went 0-4 with that Dragon Reno Mage, 3 losses to aggro shamans and 1 to a freeze mage. I got Reno once.

Holy crap, Drakonid Operative keeps finding Leeroy on me.

double ooze and double doomsayer are 4 cards that are messing with the Jade's overall gameplan in the early game, which is to ramp up hard, and start cycling jade golem's ASAP. If you're not mulliganing hard for ramp in the early game, then jade golem is kinda bad.

That being said, I think Jade Golem's is a very viable deck in a tourney setting, but is currently not that great in the current ladder meta. If you're targeting reno decks in a tourney, jade golem druid is amazing.

Wow... that's so wrong that it almost goes full circle and becomes right again.

Renolock is a real tier 1, the reason why the Syndicate Report doesn't show it is because people aren't playing it to its highest potential whereas the pros are cleaning up. (IMO)

its less than 50% at legend and gets dicked by miracle rogue (which are obv related to each other)

just learned the hard way that gadgetzan + jade idol shuffle w/ 0 cards in your deck will not draw you one of the shuffled idols

prophet velen and a mind blast is a surprising anti warlock tech that actually works pretty well. see: zetalots decks

there is NO way renolock is not tier 1.

I'm running Velen with no mind blast but with flash heal and embrace the shadows. It's still 18 damage (after Raza and Justicar) and the combo pieces can have other uses. I'm not sure yet if it's good but it's fun.

I tried Rhonin in Reno mage and thought he was terrible. You have to build your deck around him and if he gets hexed/entombed/sylvanased you lose.

gadgetzan always draws when you cast the spell, then the effect happens.

So just to be clear, I don't think it's a great card in the mirror. But it is great in other matchups, which is why I like to play it. And I don't think it's useless in the mirror because there are certain limited scenarios where you can play it.

The most obvious one is if you manage to nail any part of your opponents combo with dirty rat. That is my number one strategy for the mirror. Wait for them to drop emperor, then throw out dirty rat and hope you hit either leeroy or faceless. If they aren't running jaraxxus its an automatic win for you.

But you can also sometimes drop it before then, although its usually very risky. If they haven't played emperor yet and don't have the coin then the max burst they have is 12. If your opponent is low in health and you aren't behind on board then you can tempo it out and try to finish the game fast before they find a combo piece+emperor.

Dirty rat is becoming my least favourite card. Losing to that card feels so bad man

Inkmaster barely makes my reno list. Its a situational free 5/5 on turn 7 or later most of the time which is a long way from op in the game atm. Also most of the high value 10 mana Kazakus spells involve clearing the board at which point it's just a better innervate. Considering they gave it the highlander condition I'd say it's pretty under powered. I'd have liked to have seen it cost 6 mana with maybe a slight stat reduction.

It's a great card, but super annoying to lose to idiots who coin it out T1 in Reno Priest mirror games and find Whelp.

Dirty rat works so well vs decks like Shaman. Today the rat brought out the 2nd TBV on board, he was holding it back because the other one was already doing work, and cleared his board. He had no chance after that.

Miracle rouge seems sick right now. I haven't played a ton but currently 18-3 playing yagut's list up to rank 9. The pirates let you fight off aggro and let you chip away on reno enough to end the game before the realize value. I probably won't play past rank 5 this season but this list seems really strong.

Control warrior is just so atrociously bad in this meta. Not stating a new fact, but after playing a bunch it is just depressing.
