Yeah it's true, we still have what, 100+ cards to see yet? I remember when TGT was being announced and everyone was guessing how the meta would shake out and one of the very last cards they announced was Mysterious Challenger which everyone dismissed right away since Paladin secrets were "bad". Of course this one card went on to define the entire meta.

Remember when everyone was freaking out when Menagerie Warden was announced b/c cloning a tiger on turns 5/6 was gonna break the meta? You can't evaluate cards until you see the full set and even then, Priest will still have counters.

Hunter card seems really good in arena. I feel like pirate warrior can easily swap in one or two of the other for frothing since they're good but rarely get out of control in that list.

The hunter guy looks alright. There's no room at 3 if you're running the secrets and if you're not you kinda just want a beast tho.

I don't think anyone's going to have enough weapons in hand for the Warrior guy to be good

i think pirate warrior could drop 1-2 frothings for 1-2 of those guys. Frothings in pirate rarely get much value, whereas this guy is like a 3/3 body + upgrade on your t5 arcanite. Might even be worth throwing in a kings defender just for another potential target.

The effect is not quite as good as Captain Greenskin, but a weapon upgrade is still pretty huge.

I run 1 Upgrade!, 1 Kings Defender, 1 Arcanite and 1 Frothing as of right now.

Need to find a spot for 1 of these as well as Patches.

Captain greenskin doesn't let you play an upgraded reaper on curve tho.

Arcanite is amazing but it's a finisher only, you never need to use 2 in one game, and the games where you don't have a weapon equipped until turn 5 are just losses.

^^ isn't the point to increase ur likelihood to draw it. Same reason freeze mage runs 2x ice blocks

Freeze mage gets to play both ice blocks all the time, they have huge draw mechanics and frankly need both of them.

Pirate warrior has zero card draw. It needs to start strong, and having a weapon equipped by turn 3 at the latest is pretty important. Having 2 Arcanites in hand is pretty deadly.

I actually don't know who I'd cut for the new guy. I have 8 charges minions, 2 heroic strike and 2 mortal strike and I'm not inclined to cut any of them.

Not running two AR is insane. Same with upgrade. There's plenty of times you can use both.
