Lol im pretty sure i got r10 the first month i played the game. My old roommate though has never been past rank 15 and has played since beta. Kind of confusing because he's not even awful, just doesnt really give a **** and likes to play brawls/weird gimmick decks.

They are out there in large numbers, I just don't see why they are so focused on appealing to this type of player when in my opinion these are not the players that are dumping money into the game .

Priest has a 1 mana spell now that reduces attack by 3, so everything can now be Cabal Shadowed Priest/Book Wyrm targets.

This is honestly an aspect of Priest I wish they'd get rid of.

shaman meta is insufferable because of how little counterplay you have to their dominant curvestone, but mark my words - dominant priest meta is going to make people quit, because it really sucks so much when you play something and it is immediately stolen... again and again.

At least when priest loses a board they dont fill it back up immediately as they also obliterate all your minions in the same turn.

It's the worst deck ever. It's even good in wild. Speaking of wild, there's a lot of priests on there and it's not that bad.

i do like the idea of buffing dragon priest b/c it should **** all over midrange shaman, and that deck needs to have more direct counters

but im not worried about priest becoming OP b/c even the most elite priest decks should be kept in check by all measure of combo decks

shaman is oppressive b/c it is a insanely sick combination of value and tempo - even with the new priest cards, dragon priest will not have that same trait

IDK, I find all of the things that Priests do now to be pretty annoying. The only saving grace is you can still beat them. Emphasizing the annoying parts doesn't seem fun.

pretty decent card.

I hate effects that are like "if your opponent doesnt kill it this turn, he wins" though...

also that card cant get one shotted by priest spells.

paladin would have some serious pants +small minions synergy if minibot was still a thing.

I think this guy has a chance. 4/4 with psuedotaunt is worth like 3.25 mana and a card. I think you can maybe get enough value out of the trigger.

Agree 100%. Priest is certainly getting help but let's chill before we anoint it as the new Shaman. It's still going to have a bad matchup vs Maly Rogue/Druid and Freeze Mage.

Remember when everyone was freaking out when Menagerie Warden was announced b/c cloning a tiger on turns 5/6 was gonna break the meta? You can't evaluate cards until you see the full set and even then, Priest will still have counters.

Yeah but once emp is gone, dragon priest loses Twilight Whelp, Wyrmrest Agent, Twilight Guardian, Blackwing Corruptor, Blackwing Technician, and ENTOMB.

I mean Priest used to have access to all of it's current tools as well as Lightbomb, Chow, Deathlord, and Velen's Chosen and it was never tier one.

My first thought was Dragon Priest would kill off Maly Druid for good.

2 Entombs, 2 Shadow Word Death already can take care of Malygos, Ragnaros and 2 8/8 Giants

Add in the fact that you can't even Innervate Malygos out before Entomb because of the spell that lowers attack, now Priest can kill him with Book Wyrm or steal with Cabal Shadow Priest.

If you go the token route, Priest still has Excavate/Nova.
