Infested Wolf is good

Just look at all the other four drops that people actually play, Infested Wolf is worse than all of them.

cotw needs to be 9 mana, even then still broken

seems kinda balanced at 9 cause so many times you draw it early and literally survive/win because you slam it down asap on 8

yeah

how does infested wolf suck? its triple beast procs for kill command and houndmaster (if you play it), it's great from barnes, and it trades well. i mean, it's 5/5 of stats all beast from a 4 drop, thats above average esp considering its broken across 3 bodies

but i do agree, the deck is dumb. i had a few of them beat me even though they had obvious misplays (coining 2 drop, hero powering next 2 turns) but considering im playing the deck sometimes myself whatever. THIS is hearthstone. it's tempo based where you aim for their face and play highest cost minion. you force them to trade and you just get ahead enough to finish them off. thats it

bliz needs to just make small nerfs and buffs like this all the time, would be such a better game

there is no piloted shredder. what 4 drop, really, is better?

Tempo Mage runs Water Elemental
Hunter runs Barnes and Houndmaster
Zoo runs Argus
Dragon Warrior runs Korkron Elite
Shaman runs 4 mana 7/7
Token Druid runs Fandral, Violet Teacher and Mire Keeper
C'Thun Warrior runs the C'Thun buffer which doesn't really count
Rogue runs Tomb Pillager

That's just abut all the four drops that get played, I don't think the Wolf is close to any of them.

I don't think it's really giving you 5/5 of stats. It never puts 5 power on board. It's more like a 2.5/5, except it's harder to clear than a 5 toughness creature so maybe it's equivalent to a 2.5/6 or something. It's the same reason Harvest Golem is bad - it's not a 4/4, it's a 2/4.

don't underestimate the value of a beast deathrattle in a deck with no card draw and relies on minions sticking for late game burst

eh wolf with beast synergy is better than cards like korkron and water ele

I think I'd run Korkron over Infested Wolf.

Regardless the whole argument is ridiculous. Claiming the Wolf sucks because Fandral is better. It should be plainly obvious the Fandral would not make any hunter list better.

i just can't make that amaz deck work. it'll work in small streaks, but you need RNG on your side. he seriously runs like god. I can hardly believe how many times my barnes will pull an onyx bishop, it's seriously like 90%. I brann boosted him and he pulled 2. I res bishops/pyros constantly when i'm like 80% to get something game winning. I don't know, seems hard to pull off consistently.

then i play a guy running the same deck, he barnes into rag, then turn 5 double rezzes rag, i manage to kill those, turn 6 onyx bishop, i concede. i'm done.

i branned barnes with that deck. got two injured blademasters.

was not pleased
