I was saying on stream that the crabrider needs to be a 1/3. Someone suggested 3 mana but I think that kills the card. Maybe not though - there’s almost no early 4 health removals in the game.

Alex I’m torn on. On its surface it’s not overpowered or anything. It’s just good at everything. Need tempo? Sure blast away that 8/8 and have an 8/8 of your own. Need healing? Got u fam. Need reach? Yep.

So while it’s not overpowered I don’t think it’s good for deck diversity to have a card be auto include in every deck. I can’t think of a deck it doesn’t belong in, other than maybe hyper aggro hunter with a low curve that tries to win in 6 turns. I’m not really sure how they fix it being in every deck or if that even should happen, but it very much reminds me of leeroy.

Its extreme utility is also exacerbated by the fact that every class can also tutor it with that one legendary 3/3.

Yep. Funniest thing is they just removed Pyroblast for the face damage it was doing. So here's a pyroblast that can't be counterspelled that does most of it's damage that also drops a monstrous 8/8 body that can also be used to heal or do board control

I don't know, just so depressing that every meta the best decks primarily use 1-4 cost cards. So I have to tech in more and more unfun cheap cards just so i don't die by turn 6.

and the absolute worst part is as long as Tickatus is around in it's current form, any control deck is just begging to auto-lose.

Honestly, I used to be like this. Letting go of the notion of "expensive cards = fun" was hard, but ultimately I got better and enjoyed the game more when I did.

It's an off-meta rogue list. If I had to call it anything it would be a zoo style miracle rogue? Basically ditched tenwu/alex and the brain freezes from miracle in favor of proactive stuff.

Man, I'm in super dumpster legend. Got there quick with spell mage pre-lunacy and having little luck. Been trying different pallies, warlock, hunter and non lunacy mage. Nothing feels great.

Yea I legitimately don’t understand something fundamental about this meta. Was doing alright on priest but it just gets dunked on in legend. Not really any good aggro decks other than paladin and I feel every class is trying to counter it anyway and can do so effortlessly whenever I play it.

Been playing miracle rogue and been about 50%ish. Doesn’t feel overly strong to me. Rush warrior was ok - might focus more on that archetype.

i genuinely don't even know what deck to queue, i'm that lost. I'm fairly certain a control warrior deck exists somehow, maybe I'll try to whip something up and see how it goes.

You’re just going to lose some games no matter what you do. The paladin game was over on turn 1 when he high rolled blackjack stunner. Vs the Druid, he ramped into a turn 5 primordial and a turn 6 survival and you drew all your highest cost cards and developed nothing on board. It happens. That Druid deck is bad and a super small part of the meta though, so I wouldn’t sweat it too much.

Exactly why this meta is the worst. There’s no counter play whatsoever and you lose games by turn 2 or 3.

Paladin coins crabrider into hand of adal. Gg. Happens so much. Class is at 57%. I’m probably done with this game unless they fix it.

I copied a face hunter standard list just to rank up quickly and get some rewards.

One thing I've noticed is that in most games players never use their hero power. Kind of disappointing that the meta is so fast, I felt that was part of the class identity instead of just a different picture playing cards.

If you're going to spend 2 mana, why they heck would you spend it on a 1/1 with summoning sickness? Wouldn't you rather have a 1/4 with Rush and Windfury?

I finally figured out the meta. It was my mulliganing, I was mulliganing for too slow of a game. Just play aggro paladin and win 12 in a row. I am actually discarding goody two shields in mulligan in some matchups because it’s TOO SLOW! That’s how ****in fast this meta is. Just ridiculous.

Feeling dejected about finishing this month in the 4000-5000 range but I see some people in my friend’s list at 22k lolol that’s the most legends I’ve ever seen.

Ok now I’m having a ton of success. I tweaked a poison rogue deck to be more proactive with minions and am 15-3 so far. No one’s running weapon removal. It goes right over the top of paladin. Idgaf about your puny 3/6 windfury murloc piece of crap when you’re dead in 5 turns

only getting the rewards from one ranked mode is lame. like 5 packs and a few rares will kill them

Started an account on EU and bought the rogue deck for 20 bucks. Wanted to avoid the early season legend queue on NA. A few observations:

1. The deck is an incredible deal, especially right now so early in a year w/ the limited card pool. Getting all the exact legendaries you want for 20 bucks is pretty amazing.

2. You get so much free stuff now. For new players, the core set + the rewards track is pretty nuts. In 1 day I've gotten like 30 free packs and almost 1k gold. Had enough dust to craft the cards I was missing from the deck I wanted to run.

3. The 1st time legend grind is soooooooo long. I've gotten used to the 11x star bonus, and when you only start on 5x the progress seems super slow. I've made it to r5 gold in the same time it took me to hit legend on NA.

4. I forgot how bad new players are. I'm on like a 15 game winstreak, and the games really arent close. So many misplays.
