It will because warrior was the best counter and with corsair cache nerf, fewer people will play it. Some of the more aggressive lists become worthless. Egg warr probably the only really viable one now, which is fine because I have a blast playing that list.

Playing against Alexstrasza and basically pulled off a tie on his Tier 5 turn.

I say basically a tie because our boards pretty much evened out, except he was left with a treasure chest that my last minion broke open, which spawned a Golden Pirate Ship. The Pirate Ship killed my last minion, and I took 28 damage.

If demon hunter gets hurt by this patch, dragon/spell druid will be extremely strong. It beats everything except demon hunter.

I’ve never been more sure that they don’t know what they’re doing at all. I’ve play tested aggro dh post patch and this barely puts a dent in it.

The class itself is broken. They’ve nerfed nearly every single card in the set and it’s still broken. There are still broken as **** cards THAT ARE NOT EVEN BEING PLAYED. Why not? Because they don’t need to be. The set has more powerful cards than it knows what to even do with.

This article from april was particularly infuriating:

They talk about how they were completely blindsided by how strong DH is. The sheer incompetence is staggering.

In 20 games I had only one or two occasions where the nerfs affected me getting a lethal. I went 13-7.

The biggest hit is to the glaives being 6 mana now, but I still think running them is necessary for the deck. They’re too good at retaking the board in the midgame against other aggro decks or for pushing face damage.

The question is, what do they nerf now? I mean seriously there’s nothing left. They need to nuke the class from orbit. There is literally no reason to play any other class if your primary objective is winning.

I agree that would solve a lot of problems and have advocated for that since pretty early on.

It is the source of a LOT of problems. 2 mana +2 attack would give them more reach though, which i am not sure about, given how unsuccessful the twin slice “nerf” was (as soon as i saw that change i knew it was gonna be a disaster).

I am still stuck at ****ing rank 3-5 after slamming down probably 150 games. I dont know whats going on, I’m not making many big mistakes I can find. The only time i ever climb is when I switch to dh. I wont play dh to legend, I just wont do it. But it seems pretty hard to reach legend otherwise right now.

I enjoy the diversity of classes, and have always supported their desire to keep a class fantasy in mind when they're making balance changes. However, I also care about the health of the meta.

I would be just fine if they took a step back and said, "We're going to make Demon hunter and Druid have the same hero powers for the time being, while we reevaluate what can be done to tone down DH in other areas."

transfer student seems like a generally strong card

so far i've found:
deathrattle: get a random DK card (DK board)
Battlecry: +1/+2 on MOP board
consume rest of mana summon random minion from corrupted board
deal 3 damage to 2 random minions (2 turns dormant)

Just seems like a generally useful card, think it goes in most decks that work on 'general' cards like mage

With BG possibly slowing down with goldrinn moving to six, pirates not in every game (and their early game synergy/rolling), etc, that tess hero is gonna be insane.

Not even a bit excited for constructed. Can't stand DH.

I think this is a sign to take another vacation from the game. Haven't played any battlegrounds since the pirates patch which is what I came back for anyway. Gonna be satisfied just with one legend run even though that is on easy mode now.

This is probably whining to be honest, but cannon seems broken, especially with tokens. It's me just staring the card every combat phase wondering if it's gonna get snipes or not, essentially meaning the dfference between winning or losing.

At least it can't be part of a late game or even mid game build because pirates wreck tokens, so maybe it's balanced that way? Dunno. I just don't like the card.

Not a fan of cannon either. If it doesn't get sniped it ends up destroying everything in sight. Too much of a high roll.

Looks like Hooktusk got nerfed hard. Glad I got some wins while it was still powerful.

Really hate playing Druids in constructed lately. Seems like they always have that Glowfly spell that fills up the board and then the followup buff. Guess I need a deck with some board clear.
