i'm starting to see other classes (tempo mage) tech in hydra, just goes to show how powerful it is. I really wonder if there's many classes that wouldn't mind teching it in (except warlock i guess)

Ive considered tossing them into my aggro rogue, but scalebanes just feel better. Ive been 1-3 stars from legend all day and stuck at rank 2 for like the last week. Brutal grind this month

Kinda hate shadowstep in these aggro rogues. Yeah you hit the keleseth jackpot every now and again, but I feel more often you just end up with a ****ty top deck. Between vilespine, cold blood, leeroy and shadowstep ... it just feels like too many situational cards for a tempo deck.

Finally made legend for the 1st time today. Playing tempo mage with the bittertide tech.
Had something like a 65% Winrate overall. Rank 5 to legend was a slog, ran into endless aggro rogue who all had Prince in starting hand and was only 45% in that match up.

i don't think in the history of hearthstone i've ever got near a milestone on ladder without going on an immediate losing streak.

was just 1 win from rank 5 and obviously went 0-6 from there.

So true. I was 1 win away playing meme decks and then switched to ele tempo rogue lost 6 in a row and then like 12 of 14 overall. Back to rank 8 for me.

I'm always impressed with those of you who make legend. Both from a time commitment and winrate perspective. Even if I had an 80% winrate I think I would just barely get past R10.

I played for about an hour and a half earlier (maybe two hours?) and went from 20 to 14. Dropped about 3 games I think. Not sure how many total games.

If you have a metadeck and know how to play it, an 80% winrate from 25 to 10 should be pretty easy to accomplish.

lol this makes me feel so dumb and terrible because i took an elemental jaina mage from 20 - 9 in 25 days and it was really hard for me

It's not that easy of a deck to pilot and games are long.
Lots of people use aggro decks to climb because games are short and overall they are easier to play.

Though at rank 5 down I found endless raza priest since it's probably the best deck atm and everyone is try harding.
