lol I just played a control warrior who was spamming emotes every turn.

We were both in fatigue but I was further in fatigue than him. I was Jaraxxus with an ooze and two infernals and he had a loatheb on the board, I had no way to win i don't think as he would be so far ahead on fatigue that I would die just on fatigue before i could get through his armor.

He then proceeds to play two acolytes allowing me to accelerate his fatigue by 4 and clear with demon wrath and he loses by one hp. Oh rank 10 plays.

Just played a whacky game as control priest vs mill drood. Didn't draw a single extra card and entombed both deathlord's but still lost in fatigue due to a 3rd healing touch from raven idol and MALORNE (which I didn't save entomb for because who tf plays MALORNE?). I even played the monkey with 6 cards in hand and 3 in my deck.

I'm playing aggro druid versus aggro trogg shaman

Opponent has 12 HP and no board. I have 25 HP, a shredder, a full health deathlord, and savage roar in hand. I lose.

Spoiler:
he crackles shredder, out pops doomsayer, kills deathlord obv and gives him totem golem and I can never recover.


I'm playing aggro druid versus secret paladin.

Opponent has 1 HP, a shredder, a buffed recruit (6/3), and a 1/1 recruit.

I have 29 HP, haunted creeper, shredder.

I lose.

he trades shredder into shredder and out pops an armorsmith


Man this game can really get to you some days. These were back to back games just trying to clear a quest.

I play Aggro Druid against Shaman, I'm on 5 HP with 6 cards left, I have Fel Reaver and LETHAL on board.

He top decks Doomhammer, give 4 damage to my face, play Abusive Sergeant on empty board, I'm out of cards with 1 HP, and die from fatigue.

it has been a couple of months since I've even seen an epic, at most two rares and zero legendaries and I average about a pack every other day

Early Christmas present from Blizzard. I got a Golden Jaraxxus in my tavern brawl pack. It came after destroying a Hunter that drew very poorly. Meanwhile I put out 2 Antonidases and finished him off with a 4 mana Pyroblast.

I'm getting so rekt by MCT in arena, it's unreal.

Just had a game where I had a 5/5 questing adventurer and 5 other small minions the paladin was on 5hp. He MCTs my questing adventurer then consecrates and trades to clear my board and I can never recover.

Game before that the top decked MCT stole my Mech yeti which was my biggest minion out of my 5 minions and I can never recover.

Such BS

Okay so don't necessarily concede when your opponent plays Reno

Had a lock down to 4 health when he dropped Reno. He had 7 cards at the time. He eventually whittled me down to 1 health, "Well Play"ing me all the way.

In the process, he cycled through his entire deck and entered fatigue.

Then I dropped the Monkey.





Double Eadric ensured the survival of my minions as I cleared what board he had.

He had nothing left and eventually lost in fatigue

I decide to play around with a golden monkey deck and just stick him into my Renolock deck.

Get down to 5 health and laugh as I play Reno Jackson. His battlecry triggers twice . . . and I'm still at 5 health.

I had Brann Bronzebeard out when I played Elise Starseeker, so I had two maps in my deck.

Damn, just lost to oil rogue in a match where I had 27hp, healbot, boom+bots and Emp on board. He had 10hp and Assassins blade, no minions on board. Then went deckhand, deckhand, poison, poison, oil > face, face, face, blade flurry for the win. He only had 7 cards in hand, so pretty f unlucky IMO.

It was one of those games that I just figured I had the win locked up from turn 2 as well. Miracle Rogue back?

FoN is not the problem, it's an unplayable card on its own.
I don't mind SR nerf as long as Blizzard give Druid good minions and removals.

Savage Roar only affecting minions seems like a fairly logical minor nerf that brings it in line with Bloodlust.

or changing fon to 2 3/3s. savage roar punishing people that dont clear a board, and synergizing w/ the druid hero power, legit makes sense. savage roar with no board blows; it's that you can combo with just TWO CARDS for a ridiculous amount of damage

if you swap it to 2 3/3s, it only slightly nerfs the individual power of fon (still can clear 6 toughness, albeit in a different manner) but reduces combo from 14->12, and double combo from 22->18. it just makes a lot of sense.

problem is it's been this way since the game's inception; bliz is legit never going to do anything about it.

the other fix is just making either savage or force cost 1 more mana. would still be a "reasonable" 10 mana combo, (ie playable w/o emperor) but would greatly hurt the effectiveness due to needing an extra turn, and preventing ridiculous double combos from happening outside of super emperor shenanigans

problem is it's not clear which one individually should get rolled back. if savage roar is 4 mana you kinda kill the individual card OUTSIDE of the combo, and if you rolled back force, 7 mana 6 damage is WOAT

could tweak slightly to make force something like 7 mana summon 4 1/1s with charge. that dont die at the end of the turn. would allow a turn 10 14 pt damage (each 1/1 3 attack, 2 self, so 14) but leaves a small board that is easily dealt with. makes it playable on its own for some board presence with no actual play, but also makes double combo incredibly unlikely and difficult

While I don't mind the nerf at all, I really think the combo is very balanced. To make a deck around it, you have to include 4 cards that's unplayable until turn 9, and if played as removal is very inefficient. Combo in hand from turn 1-3 will very likely result in defeat.
