They should have never been available. So many ****ing times I've been destroying my opponent and they play it and I can't do **** especially Frost Lich Jiana is just impossible to beat.

Bonemare, scalebane and UI are the only other giant swingy cards left.

scalebane needs to be removed from arena a 5 mana card that ends the game if cant remove it the turn its played is terrible

ehhh, its not that overpowered. It can be removed fairly easily by alot of classes. Hex, Sw: D, shadow strike, fireball, etc. Its not like bonermare which charges out the stats, and even that isnt too bad. Death knights though, those feel terrible to lose to.

a 5 mana 5/5 dragon would be a decent card with no text. Snowbally cards like Scalebane that benefits a lot from board control usually have poor stats(Cult master, Muklas Champion, Necrotic Geist) Scalebane should be a 5/3 but then its worthless in constructed so its better to just remove it from arena. There should be a risk/reward to picking snowbally cards but there is no risk in picking Scalebane its always good.

Bonemare only needs a rarity change

At 0/2, I faced a donkey with lick king, valeera and shaku. I wish I got the chance to get a good legendary, much less three and the guy was 0/2....game tilts me to no end.

I'd be happy with a smaller nerf like removing the dragon tag. That way it doesn't show up from bone drake. Dies to dragon fire. Doesn't enable some of the other dragon synergies, etc.

Id go the other way give it more Dragon synergy make it "give a friendly Dragon +4 attack"

As for Bonemare if 7/7 is a vanilla 7 mana and Taunt is worth half a mana point its clearly under costed even if its supposed to only buff something half the time and its almost always buffing something. Make it give +2 +2 and i think its still a totally playable arena card.

What do guys think Kobolds does to the Arena class rankings?

I think Mage is the big winner, Shaman gets marginally better Hunter and Warlock stay the same and everything else is worse.

Best : Mage
Good : Rogue, Priest
Ok : Warlock, Paladin, Shaman,
Pretty bad : Hunter, Druid
Terrible : Warrior

I was massively wrong about Hunter it's much better. Flanking strike is huge news really fit into an aggro deck allowing you to remove their minions and build your board at the same time.

Paladin has changed to going low curve aggro seems super good call to arms is OP in an ago deck.

Seeing a lot of people still playing Priest not often losing to them.

it's an unbelievably broken card especially in arena. it sucks to have in your hand early and extreme late game but drawing it mid game near 7-8 mana is the best draw in the history of the game as long as you have some life and a few turns to live. it was a mistake to make IMO but so have a few cards in HS history. we still have to deal with raza (I think it should only get refreshed with minions or spells, not both) in constructed. and it's lol that they gave priest the strongest board clear ever in psychic scream both in constructed and arena.

dark pact + possessed lackey in constructed is pretty rough as well with voidlords in play. then bloodreaver gul'dan basically puts a dagger into any aggro lineup.

they still need to fix shaman/warrior; both are trash tier and we need them back. i don't want their oppressive versions of pirate warrior or aggro/MR shaman but something that works. having 2 classes be non existent is just ******ed. Control Warrior is a deck that they removed due to Jade Druid being so prevalent but I think it should always be a viable deck like Zoo is. While the 4 armor gain was ridiculous, the current death knight hero power is just complete **** in comparison to the oppressive ones like priest, druid or warlock

That's a busted deck. I'm having fun but deck quality is tiltingly good overall. Like I went 0-3 with an insane pally deck and no game was even close. I got absolutely outclassed and stomped.

I legitimately don't know how well you have to draft and run to go 12 anymore. I just lost to a guy who had scream into lightbomb into MC into scream into excavated evil to clear lethal off my board every time. Standard 1-0 game.

Let me reiterate this..... I have legitimately no ****ing clue how to go 10+ anymore. I just had an absurd mage deck go 2-3. Had premium minions, blizzard, pyro and firelands with spiteful summoner and just got absolutely destroyed. Standard 2-2 game against a paladin who curves out 1 2 coin call to arms into 3 minions.... call to arms into another 3 minions.

That's why a lot of people don't want wild arena.

I tried playing it, but I got three **** decks, and one good deck, and felt helpless against decks that had aoe out the ass, or every pally playing mustard on curve.

Yeap. I'm obviously doing SOMETHING wrong but just watching Kripp stomp people tilts me. He started a run off 7-0 in which he had 3 1 drops and 2 2 cost spells. He wasn't even usually cleaning up the board until turn 6 or 7 as Warlock and was just rolling over people with bad decks.

Kripp is really good at knowing how to use his resources (especially his hp) very efficiently. He's also played such a high volume of arena that a lot of his knowledge is more mechanical. I know I play way too fast and overreact to board states when I play arena when I first get back into it.
