i can't seem to get mage to work post patch. I have been 1-2 wins. Everything else I can get a solid 5+ quite easily. My top picks are shaman, warlock, hunter, paladin.

And I think warlock hero power is extremely underrated in arena. But their class cards are pretty good for the most part, solid AOE, solid removal, strong early minions like flame imp, good rares, etc.

I think i just do much better with an aggro/tempo style rather than the control/late game style everyone seems to love right now.

I'm only playing Dragon arena now, pick all the dragons, all the 1/3 discover and enjoy playing Yseras and Nefarian every games

I have a Warrior deck with 7 drakes, 2 1/3 discover, Alexstraza, Grommash + all the good thing to not die early multiple bash, War axe ....

Never had so much fun, dropping legendaries and drakes every turn after Turn 6

I just played a mage who used Netherspite historians to drop Ysera, Nefarian and Death wing on me I didn't realise it was a known strategy to draft that ****y 1/3 and any dragons you get offered.

This is before I draw my 2 legendaries

Obviously I went 2/3 lost twice vs mage who traded my 9 mana legendaries for 4-5 mana spell, and once got disconnected from battlenet

Sure is jmakin...only loss was at 10-0 to another mage who had Medivh into Portal. ****ty rewards though - 2 packs (one TGT :/), an epic, and 250 gold. Haven't played much arena lately though so I'll take it.

I tried it on a warlock deck, only got 2 dragons for my synergy and still won me a game or two. was a pretty awful deck too.

I'd say it's one of those things where if you have kind of a borderline choice between a dragon tag and another minion you take the dragon, or if historian comes up early in the draft you take it. could be way off but that's what I'm trying

Yea that's what I did, early in the draft I had historian vs some mediocre picks. Then was able to snag two dragons, and after that I just picked every dragon I could and got another historian. The synergy won me a couple games singlehandedly.

Druid beast is another thing where you can go braindead "pick the beast"

Just had a sweat druid deck with 4 5/5 that copy a beast, best beast is an oasis snapjaw, it's still winning me every game I can play the 5/5 with a beast on board.

And the druid heal + summon a 6cc creature (2nd best portal spell by far behind the ridiculous mage one )can summon savannah highmane, the beast and maexna

I've had it with arena the biggest factor in going 7+ isn't how you draft, draw or play its if you get offered mage or not.

Just lost to a guy who played three ****ing netherspite historians. First one gave him a twilight guardian to stabilize at 3 HP....next one gave him a malygos, and then finally a deathwing to prevent lethal again when he was at 1 HP. So fun!

And another loss with lethal on board vs a druid....shredder -> huckster -> enter the coliseum.

Played two arenas tonight both Rogue both classic agro first went 0-3 with a 65.9 deck, second went 11-3 with a 64.8 this game drives me crazy some times.
