I have a thread up in POG for a hearthstone themed werewolf. Though poggers may be wary of the theme, and members of this forum may be wary of this new game, I think it could be fun for both parties.

Here is a basic overview of werewolf for beginners. Basically what I've done is just added new roles and mechanics in the form of hearthstone cards.

If anyone's interested come post in my POG thread. Once the poggers see some folks joining I'm sure the game will pick up.

I've only played werewolf once before (an epic 4L game 5 years ago) and I can see you put a lot of love into your OP.

I'm in if you can explain the specifics of "no wolf team NK".

In regular werewolf games, the wolf team gets to kill one player per night (Wolf team Night Kill = NK)

it's a way of balancing the game when there's a seer involved who every night gets to peek a player (learn whether they're a villager or a wolf)

In this game I think it's simpler if we remove seers and night kills altogether since there are a variety of cards that can allow peeks, killing power and other interesting abilities

yea it's a trial game. if it appears that way I can tweak abilities or bring NK back in to balance some more

I played a fair amount of ww a few years back - really enjoyed it, but had to stop because it took way too much of my time and even spending all that time, I still felt like I didn't give the games as much attention as I should.

It'd be fun to do a hs-theme game though, but 8pm ET EOD is quite harsh for us euros.

no reason you still can't play. a good chunk of poggers are euros and most people understand that some people can't be around for eod. doesn't effect the game too much

game currently has only 2-4 spots left so if you are on the fence join up

going to rand tonight and start tomorrow

only requires an hour of your time a day really if you're worried about time commitment
