Need help to find replacement Card Deck

I lost the blue deck of my red/blue setup. I want to find the exact same kind. They are durable plastic (not the flimsy kind) wide size jumbo index brand Royal. On the Ace of Spades is CTL-RI031. A Google search shows:
which is not the design, but the same product number. My set came with two separate clear top/black bottom plastic deck holders. Here is an image of the actual card face:

Thanks for the info. I have been somewhat obsessed with this endeavor 
I found the actual Taiwanese manufacturer (http://www.playingcards.com.tw/) and have contacted them and asked for samples of the 3 kinds they make (0.27mm/0.31mm/0.34mm). They're sending it out on Monday. I'm not sure if I'll get a few decks or a few cards but it's definitely a lead.
