Lightbulb Research for intrest in electronic poker and blackjack table for home use

Hello everyone,

For my job I develop software. So a few years ago I decided to combine my 2 loves and develop an electronic poker table. Touch screen etc... It actually came out really cool. My friends and I have been playing on it for years, and every time we play on it they tell me I should market / sell it. To be fair we are all tech nerds, so we all love tech, but the electronic aspect of the table really speeds things up and keeps the action moving.

I thought about trying to sell it a few years ago and even made some videos, but never ended up marketing it. Was wondering what everyones thoughts are on the table. Do you think players would be interested in this or is it just me and my nerdy friends?

Here is a link so some videos showing different features of the table. (It has evolved a bit since these days). I don't have any videos of the blackjack, but can tell you my kids and wifes family played BJ for about 6 or 7 hours over Thanksgiving. So that was a huge hit for the non-poker players of the family.

Anyway thanks for any input, I appreciate it!

I suppose techies might like it, but ime home poker players like the chips, the table, etc. Not to sound like an anthropologist, but all the 'stuff' about home games is part of the culture, and mostly enjoyed by the natives.

+1 to the above, I'm afraid. I didn't care for e-tables in the casino and I think I'd like them even less in a home game, though the time saving and no worries about bad self-dealing would be nice. Not enough of an incentive to me, though.
