ok a tad long but detailed--

i play a biweekly 50$ cash game with some new found friends for about 6 months (usually with a stack of 30k chips with progressive blinds.) blinds increase every full circle... ME- i play small cash games/casino/and poker sites....i usually either win or break even id say probably 40/60.
the table is round and 4 on the left and four on the right and either 1 or two at the ends,,, we usually play with 9 but sometimes ten
the seating is pretty much always the same . When i first started playing i was either winning or breaking even for like the first first 3-4 games.
then as if overnight all of the sudden every game i get maybe 2-4 good hands the whole game and at least one of those will be beaten. Ive switched strategies, play style,
betting, still cant get any play or leverage in the games. The one thing that bothers me is its the same side of the table that always gets the top 3 the winners fluctuate but its still the same 4 guys who win for six months!
So im thinking next game to try to sit on the other side and see if they buck or if my odds get better....the only thing i can think of is that it has to be the way these guys shuffle (really shitty i or two shuffles dont mix the cards before and rarely split the deck) could this be why the hands are so shitty ? If so would it even help to change the seating?
these guys are honest from what i can tell (ive played with sharks and shady ppl before many times and realized and walked) im just at my wits end at how this happening. Does any one have any explanations/fixes or insight on whats going on or how to slove this problem...or am i being a sore loser ?anything is appreciated

Yea try a new seat, anyone bucks, just say its for a change of luck. Its hard in a cash game when you lose and try to understand why. Sometimes the other players know how you play after 2 or 3 games. Its not uncommon for the same guys to win in a game.

Always keep one eye on the deal at any home game , always. Watch how the exposed cards are picked up, are they mixed into deck as the stub is being restored?

Not sure what you mean by a $50 cash game getting 30K in chips? Do you mean a tournament?

Certainly try a new seat and recommend others do so. I've found a game can get kinda stale/boring if it's always the same guys with the same playing styles always sitting in the same seats. Mixing up 3-4 guys from where they normally can really change things up.

Seriously though they don't cut the deck before dealing after it's shuffled? Time to have a discussion about this with them. The guy to right of the dealer always cuts in the home games and the tourny's I've held and go too. Quite honestly if they're as honest as you think they are they'll agree to cutting the deak after every shuffle. There's no reason not too. Also as DavidNB says above pay attention to the discard pile, how the cards are collected and put back into the deck. Not saying anyone's cheating doing anything wrong but maybe it can be improve or maybe there is something honestly off or wrong by accidental or simply no ones noticed. And as a result the shuffle and deal is just screwed **** can happen by mistake/accident and not the result of cheating.

By winning I assume you mean cashing with a profit or if a Tourny finishing high enough to make a profit. I would think over a 6 month period not cashing in a home game where everyone is about equal and decent is a bit sketchy. Now if you mean actually getting 1st place in a Tourny as "winning" then no I wouldn't consider that sketchy. Just variance and normal.

Cheers!!!

Who is the game runner? If heís not one of those players you can discreetly ask him to ask everyone to shuffle properly. I feel like itís pretty important to properly shuffle the cards anyway, even if nothing untoward is going now.

I was at a racked cash game, unlicsensed with some players I knew. I heard a snap of a card when the dealer was cutting the deck. Out of standard procedure, I watched the dealer a little closer.
1st I noticed the dealer was using two hands to cut the deck, and was doing it fast, I couldn't tell whether it was actually being cut.

2nd Dealer was restoring the stub with the cards facing her.

I folded AA next hand preflop to raise, I never played there again. I watch all dealers at these type of games alittle closer now. It was funny, other dealers in town were doing the samething cutting the deck using two hands. I raised the issue and was told it speeds up the game. Dealer did start using one hand.
