Another option is ceramics, if that's your thing. Casinos use them nowadays, but clay is much more of a cost-is-no-object way to go, imo. Also clays with inlays have a more "classic" look, where ceramics are more "modern". Get samples, because you MUST handle chips to decide what you like for yourself.
Cards: the differences between the best cards are subtle. KEM, Copag, Desjn, Modiano, Fournier and Del Negro all make 100% plastic cards that would be appropriate on the nicest custom setup, so these you can shop for online (
