As for additional precautions, I’d require everyone to wear a mask. And definitely frequent breaks to wash hands or use hand sanitizer.
Good luck to you and your group!
I concur. I won't be playing live poker for a while yet (vague because I really don't know when I'll start) nor will I be hosting anytime soon and putting my family at risk.
If somebody forced me to host but let me make my rules:
- All players will wear a mask at all times while in the house.
- No eating, drinking, or smoking in the house.
- All players will wash their hands every time they re-enter the house.
- All players will use hand sanitizer every time they come back to the table.
- All players will maintain proper social distancing at all times.
I'd also limit it to 4 players and try to play the game outdoors on a deck, patio, driveway, etc.
