Can I bring my glock to a home game? Can I bring my glock to a home game?

OP - dont bring a glock, just bring a needle filled with poison (easily concealed). Its also a silent death you inflict with it.

CLIPS =/= MAGS

the gun is a 380 that i bought cause its easily concealable and very easy to take to home games and put on the table after taking a bad beat and being allowed to rake the pot anyway

use it as a card protector

That's exactly why I need to bring my Glock. I always play Q 10 offsuit!

Honestly, I think a loaded glock would make a great card guard.

bahahahah. I was talking about your balla 'roll.

Why would you put rifle and shotgun ammo in a picture with a 9-short vest pistol?
10-05-2006 , 07:21 PM
its an old picture that i posted when i was drunk for bbv and i just tossed what loose ammo i had

i dont know if youre being a jerk or something but if you are i have the 20s because i prefer paying your mom in 20s instead of 100s but if not well i prefer 20s

The glock 19 is too big actually. I think I'm going to bring my PM40 instead. It's only a 5 outer but hopefully that's all I'd need.

Just bring it. The question to ask in life is allways the same,"what's the worst that could happen and what good will that do." Ask your self this about bringing and not bringing. I think u will see that to bring is your best option.
ps. this allso works for poker ie calls folds or bets.

Rinse the sand out of your panties. I didn't create this trainwreck-to-be.

here's a move I like to do:

1) place gun on table
2) turn rags face up (36o)
3) reraise all-in preflop

always good for a couple of laughs

I'm gonna go to my car, get my gun, shoot everybody!

I'm going to go meta on all your asses; I found this thread in BBV and I'm going to make a serious response!

I have friends who are CC advocates. Some of them play poker. None of them have objected to my "no guns at the poker table" rule. In general, I think it's a good rule, although the symbolism of it is more important than the practicality as far as I'm concerned. I'm a big proponent of moving poker away from its violent image.

If you feel safe traveling from your car to the game, leave your gun in the car. If you don't feel safe traveling from your car to the game, bring a portable gun safe. When you show up, put the gun in the safe, lock it, and give it to the host. He can give it back (or enforce a cool-down time if necessary) when you leave.

If you don't feel safe in the game, don't play, period. Having a firearm on you isn't going to improve matters.

lol but what if the host bad beats you? what is the use in bringing a gun if not to win more monies?

The key word is "concealed." Maybe they don't object because you've never patted them down, man. In any event thanks for your efforts to divorce poker from its sordid, underbelly-of-society image: we ALL benefit from that.
