technically, while neither of us won the entire pot, both of us came out of the hand with a net gain after chopping up the dead money in blinds and preflop calls, does that count for anything??

With that logic the BB would win the bounty if it folds to him preflop -- if that's what you want, then everyone pay 2 bounties.

1. BB walk NO BOUNTY(ARE YOU KIDDING ME?)
2. 7-2 wins as best hand BOUNTY
3. 7-2 chops with another hand NO BOUNTY
4. 7-2 chops with another 7-2 CHOP POT AND SINGLE BOUNTY
