50%: Slush fund paid to anyone who dies in equal shares for season 8. Viserion and Night King have to be "destroyed" to die. Anyone who is alive and they become a white walker/wight are considered dead/have died. If someone like Tormund is to die, they have to either die on TV, or be strongly alluded to. If the are ignored, they considered to be already dead, and win no money.
10%: Whoever kills Cersei. If Cersei lives, she gets the 10% of the total pool
10%: Whoever rules the Iron Throne at the end of the show. Prize can be split
10%: First character of the 41 to die
10%: Last character of the 41 to die
5%: First person to speak in season 8
5%: Last person to speak in season 8
If I have made a major **** up, let me know (Il take on the minimums if no bids, otherwise everyone else is bidable, starting at bottom up, and I can bid if I want.
Re: Game of Thrones TV Thread - ***NO BOOKREADERS***
Oh. Well that's opinion, really. I think Daenerys is a near cert to die and Jon Snow a near cert to survive. Cersei and Jaime are both absolute locks to die. Arya like 80-90% to die. Bran and (especially) Tyrion are both too expensive.
Re: Game of Thrones TV Thread - ***NO BOOKREADERS***
I guess since you have to buy the minimums, you're mostly interested in overpriced stuff. Bran, Sansa and Tyrion are the most overpriced by far. Samwell Tarly also too expensive, he has virtually zero death equity, has some chance to win first or last to speak.
Re: Game of Thrones TV Thread - ***NO BOOKREADERS***
Ive been binge watching the whole series this last week with my old lady who hasn't seen the show yet.
Can someone explain to me how Stannis and all his men and their horses were North of the wall while John was out on diplomacy to meet Mance Rayder? I can't seem to rationalize it in any way.
Also, I was blasted af on an edible during Joffreys wedding episode, and holy **** it was the most intense hour of television Ice ever experienced. Just knowing what was coming at the end had my heart pounding whenever I thought about it!

it doesn't really make any sense, no, iirc
i think they were coming back after getting that loan in Braavos to take over Westeros?
so i guess their plan was to conquer North of the Wall and use Wildlings to increase their army? (so they probably sailed around The Wall)
and then take out the Boltons and reinstall the Starks to get The North on board?
and so on to The Eyrie & Riverlands?
idk, basically just seemed like dum deus ex machina to get Jon out of his suicide mission, Stannis in place to die, etc
