Unless your Jon Snow, but we all knew he was coming back.

Jon died tho

But Sansa? She's the only one thriving these days.

All I could think during the Bolton scene was who the **** is Rickon

How do we know it's actually him & not a fake ?

Because they killed a massive direwolf that was, apparently, fighting with him.

It's the same actor that portrayed Rickon in seasons 1-3.

It's Rickon. But is it really Shaggy Dog's head?

Enough Dire Wolves have died, and we haven't got to see enough DW revenge quite yet...yes we saw SD kill the one decrepit old dude who tried to silence Bran on his cripple bed at the Lannister's bidding, and we saw Ghost kill the one traitor near Castor's camp, and the white walker thing that was trying to kill the Lord Commander. Plus the one dude who tried to kill Snow before Ygritte unleashed arrows into him. Ghost is badass, actually, and he might be the one to kill Ramsay.

I want to see Shaggy Dog be alive, and deliver a little just punishment to Ramsay.

I want to see Arya's wolf come back also (haven't seen him since she commanded him to run away after she almost killed Joffrey way back in the day) and help her complete her list somehow.

The Starks and their wolves have had it pretty bad...they're beheaded, crippled, blinded, stabbed...hopefully winter is a little revenge time.

I'm starting to like the Sir Davos character. Seems like he's therefor ripe to have his face eaten by a blue-eyed guy or something. Show is so cruel.

Could easily see Davos not surviving the season. It seems like his storyline is at a logical conclusion point.

Either that or he becomes Jon's hand and survives the entire series, imo.

Payback's a bitch

also parallels between Jamie's brother being taken prisoner and Ned's sister being taken prisoner (or by her free will, who knows yet)

I love Season 6 so far. And GoT was already far over all other serieses, outnumbering Babylon 5 since season 2. And that was #1 of my TV series list of all time ever since last millenium.

So far Season 6 looks even most promising. Sure, there's some slow progress in some areas, but so far every season have started slow (exception maybe being S04E02). And as a late bookreader (did read after seeing first season) who has been enlightened with the fact that series has sometimes changed book stuff it's even more entertaining with no bookstuff coming to spoil things much any more.

Only thing to criticize is that S06E02 episode ending was so lame and so predictable. Don't know if there was better way to do it easily, though.

payback for what? Howland Reed stabbed Dayne in the back not Ned. And rightfully so. there's no 'honor' in war

I miss when Jamie was a jerk. Where's the guy that used to push little kids out of windows? They've made him far too sympathetic.

Jaime lost his edge the moment he lost his hand

That was the defining moment. Even stupid princess herself (Sansa Stark) has grown much more interesting than Jaime (Lame Knight) Lannister after that.

He changed for the lamer when that happened.

We have to assume at this point that since we have no news of her Nymeria is going to play a huge role in Arya's eventual storyline, right? Why have the wolf be a loose end if it doesn't influence the story in some way?

The average viewer is only capable of level one thinking?

Wasn't Nymeria last seen in the second episode of the entire series? Why would you think Nymeria would come back? The best part of this show is that they usually have realistic consequences for actions. You release a dog into the wild, you're probably not going to find them again. I really hope they don't bring Nymeria back.

Who the **** is Nymeria?
